Nice place for breakfast. I had the griddle omelet while my wife had the special with kalua pork. We shared a side of corned beef hash. Very good and reasonably priced.

Tucked away in Aina Haina's shopping center, Jack's exudes culinary authenticity, particularly in their all-day breakfast haven. The homemade corned beef hash takes center stage - a sizzling blend of expertly seared corned beef and potatoes, accompanied by gravity-defying grilled biscuits. Beyond breakfast, Jack's specials beckon with the sweet and sour ribs, where pork ribs, slow-cooked to tender perfection, are drenched in a tangy-sweet sauce that promises a symphony for your taste buds. It's not just a meal at Jack's; it's a journey through flavors curated with passion and mastery, making every bite an extraordinary experience.

We came here for breakfast last Sunday after hiking. The service was awesome, the ladies was very attentive and sweet. The food was yummy, I got the corn beef hash, with an egg, biscuits and tea with a side of Kim Che fried rice. My friend got an omelette and some toast. It's a small spot but super comfy and feels like your Aunty's spot lol, definitely will be back again.

In a strip mall with McDonald’s and Starbucks, skip those and head over to Jacks!! You won’t be disappointed!

First time trying this place even if it's been around since 1964. I can see why a lot of old timers and neighborhood residents may like coming here. The prices are reasonable and the food is definitely old school. We ordered a Loco Moco and just a Bacon & Eggs w/hash browns & Pancakes. The hamburger patty was tasty and did not have to rely on the gravy for flavor. The biscuits were the star of our brunch, reminiscent of the baking powder biscuits Grandma used to make and grilled to golden brown perfection!, they were delicious! Service was fast and somewhat friendly. Food came out quickly and hot....yay! Pancakes were large and looked fluffy, but they were gummy....still haven't found a pancake that beats Liliha.Bakery. Did't care for the fact that they serve margarine instead of butter. The atmosphere is diner/ cafe / Chinese restaurant with all boxes stacked up in front of the kitchen. The place needs a good cleaning, from thick dust on the pictures on the walls and lighting fixtures and crumbs and debris under tables that may never have been moved to sweep and mop under. The bathroom door needs a good scrubbing or a fresh coat of paint. I was pleased to see the condiments at our table did seem that they were wiped down and clean. All in all it was just ok for me.

buggah is mean. The food is amazing. I leave completely satisfied every time. there is only a couple aunties as servers so it's not he best, but I like the homey feel it hasVegetarian options: not many vegetarian options. more for the carb load and meat lover types

Best breakfast on island. Love Jack's special omelette, the hash browns are better than any I've ever had, biscuits are amazing.

Thought we'd give this neighborhood restaurant a try for Sunday breakfast and we were not disappointed. Everything tasted yummy like a Sunday morning breakfast at home should. I like the way they make their corned beef hash with just the right amount of corned beef and potatoes. And the hash browns were perfect too. Of course, a treat was the grilled biscuit with butter. Loco Moco was good. The service was excellent and very timely and attentive. They try to do the best with the limited space available but everyone is very accommodating in the tight squeeze. It all seemed to work out just fine.

I have lived in Aina Haina for years and never understood the fascination with this place but its always crowded!! People rave about the biscuit but nothing special! The tripe stew was tough so not cooked long enough! It's a local family business so I try to patronize it to keep them in business, but have yet to find something I like! I'll keep trying!
