On January 25th around 2:15pm I ordered 1 peanut butter mood & 1 chocolate mood when the smoothies were done the consistency was almost like water. Believe it was a rushed job and I am definitely NOT satisfied! stay to get it re-done, worker needs to be trained again!

Really solid place for some refreshing smoothies! Ingredients mighty not be the healthiest but my smoothies were surely delicious (recommend the mango-a-gogo). Their waffle is pretty good too!

This location on KOKO MARINA has the worst customer service workers! I came in an hour before closing. Refusing to make an açaí bowl. What?!?!? Then when I asked for the managers information, he changed his mind in making it. Once made, he just left it on the counter and didn't even let me know it was ready. Once I walked out with the bowl, the bowl busted apart and was dumped all over the ground He gave me an already cracked bowl so I lost the whole thing. This is NOT the first time something like this happened. If you don't like your job PLEASE QUIT!!!

I would like to commend the morning manager Rob. He provides outstanding service and is very professional. Rob does an excellent job! He is quick and efficient and does the work of three people!I go here 3-4 times a week and am glad when I see Rob because I know my order will be done correctly and with great service.

This place is a disgrace. I ordered online at the Hawaii Kai location, which said they were open. put my card in and go to pick it up. I get there and park, but it looks as if the place is closed. I think, oh maybe that's the tint on the windows, so I go up to the door and try to open it. It doesn't open. So, I tried a few more times, and it still doesn't work. After that I get back into the car a little miffed and call the Kahala location because I just paid almost 60 dollars for three small smoothies and 3 depressing sandwiches for my family that I was soon to find out I should not even have ordered. They said that they would make the order at their location, so I was like alright, I'm heading that way anyway. Can I just tell you that this location is in a word: sad. The workers are unprofessional, there are straw wrappers and crumbs on the ground, and it is very dim lit. I finally got the goods after about 20 minutes, and am happy to finally be done with this place. The smoothies were fine, but the food was absolutely horrible. The sandwiches had the texture of cardboard and were a little less than lukewarm. I attempted to eat it 2 MINUTES after I got it, so it wasn't a matter of the time after I got it. I won't be going back to Jamba Juice. Ever.

This location has no AC, while you walk in, you're hit in the face with heat. Idk how the workers can work. The morale is down maybe cause of the heat and it definitely affects their customer service. And Their bowls are expensive and skimpy, not worth the price at all.

Bad costumer service never coming back we came as a family and they did not listen at all we asked for boba on all of our drinks and they didn’t give it to us we looked at the receipt and it said that we paid I went to tell the employee and they gave me a bad attitude I did not appreciate it and when she gave us boba she didn’t pay attention and only gave it to one u had to wait again to show her the receipt overall this store needs a better employee don’t recommend coming here if your in Hawaii

Just ordered the chunky strawberry bowl and chocolate bowl. And this is what it looked like. NOT EVEN filled to the top of the bowl. Ingredients very shy, and it was watered down when I got it. This is a rip off. I am very disappointed. Could of gotten a McDonald's parfait for very cheap and have just about the same quantity and better quality. If anyone wants a refreshing bowl.... Go to Kokonuts. I am no longer wasting my money here on these bowls

Management is very very poor. Hot inside store. No ac. Only 1 person working. Stale bag of Pirate Booty. ...Tasted old. Threw away. Acai bowl, Booty, Water cost over $15!! Don't bother.

Order online. Came a little after 6 am. Store was not open even though the store hours said 6am - 8pm on weekdays. Need to update store hours. Lost money on online order bc store was not open.

Disappointed by this matcha green tea smoothie. It barely tastes like matcha -- seen by the lack of matcha green color. Spent $8 for this sad version of matcha.
