Coffee Taste is not special and staffs are terrible. They didn’t give me right chance after cash payment.

Workers are friendly and the coffee is really good! There’s always a long line in the morning but it’s quite chill in the afternoon, perfect spot to grab a coffee to bring to the beach!

Basically, they speak English, but they also respond politely to Japanese people.

Finally we found a really good coffee in Honolulu. Took us a while, and a lot of disappointment at other coffee shops, but Kai's cappuccinos are really great. This is definitely the place for Australians to go if you want one of the few good coffee shops in Hawaii. Highly recommended!!Update: went here again for breakfast and was very impressed. My partner had the breakfast veg wrap and I had the breakfast meat wrap. Very good. Again had their great coffees

I've become a fan of Kai coffee ever since I visited it during the Honolulu Marathon last December. The staff at the store are also very friendly, and they understand my poor English without making a negative face, which is helpful. The young and energetic staff will refresh your jet-lagged morning. Personally, I recommend buying a breakfast wrap and eating it on the beach.I have been a fan of Kai coffee since I visited during the Honolulu Marathon last December. The team has it together. Delicious breakfast, wraps and bowls. The coffee is also recommended. Were there several times.

Lukewarm coffee served. Not amenable to remaking a fresh cup. Unwilling to make latte in the first place. Poor service and execution. Much better coffee places a short walk away.

I ordered two small lattes. Both drinks had liquid overflowing over the lids. Other than our group, the drinks of other guests were clean. If the lid overflows with beverage, it must be replaced with a new lid. While I was replacing the lid myself, I heard employees talking about the lid.

I ordered a Kai latte with a total price of $7.07. Andrew(wearing glasses) asked for $8 and didn't give me any change. This is theft. This is a very small amount of money, but you shouldn't take it without agreement. Get your staff training right again.
