Ono for chi chi dango and mochi of all varieties? Then stop by Kansai Yamato. The products are sold everywhere, Sam's Club, Don Quixote's, Times Supermarket and more. Looking for very freshly made mochi? Here you'll find trays and trays of freshly made soft tasty mochi! Ichigo daifuku was as big as a baseball, filled with cream and a large strawberry surrounded with mochi! Mochi comes in different flavors~ ube and mango were my favorites. There's also chichi dango and ones filled with an (bean paste). I can't wait to taste the other flavors. They had platters of mochi for sale, too. Next go around, I'll post more.

Planning one day ahead for Girls' Day, I remembered the delicious Stawberry cream mochi my friend had given us, and ran down to this new mochi place on University Ave next to Nijiya Market. Loved the free one hour parking in the lot and that I was able to run in and out.
