I love how fresh the poke was! I got the poke bowl 2 choice option and the staff was kind enough to let me sample a lot of the poke they had.

My favorite poke shop right now.

Probably the best poke in terms of the fish itself. It's not as flavorful as one of the other poke places I visited, but this place definitely has a freshest and tastiest fish in Hawaii for poke. I saw the reviews on yelp were amazing for this place and I wasn't sure about visiting because it looked super rundown. But I'm super glad I came to visit. The fish were super good and It's prepared quickly for you. This is definitely a hole in the wall type of spot. I would definitely not have found it just drop by and I honestly am not sure if I would've visit after just seeing how it looks on the outside. Can't judge a book by its cover, because it was delicious.!! TLDR - best poke in terms of fish, definitely a hole in the wall type of spot

Been coming here for years. Good service. Good poke bowls. Never had a problem. Sometimes I buy the wasabi tako and pour it over my poke bowl. Ono!

One of the best deal in Honolulu! I ordered the Ahi Belly Plate with Double Poke. It could feed 2-3 ppl. The ahi was seared perfectly. You get to choose the pokes so I got the Spicy Shoyu and Hawaiian Style. I actually think the poke in Hawaii is super salty but thank god it wasn't here. Finally I tasted good poke! The kimchi is surprisingly good too! It's the fresh kind meaning it's crunchier and spicier.

No frills, local spot to grab fresh fish. Hole in the wall spot. All fish is fresh from the auction everyday, never frozen..you have me curious! Located next to Itchy Butt and tight parking lot. ~1 Lb. Sashimi 5/5 - I chose Hamachi & Salmon. They were unbelievably tender and melt in your mouth. Shoyu on the side. ~Salmon Belly 5/5 - so tender and crispy on the outside! This was so yummy, probably the best I've ever had. ~Spicy Ahi Poke - 3.5/5 - I was the least impressed with this side item with salmon belly plate. The sauce was lacking in flavor and underwhelming. The fish itself was fresh though. I'd skip this and pick another poke style. Takeout only. Small space inside. I called ahead so my order would be ready. Friendly local aunties. Coming back for that sashimi and salmon belly for sure!
