Food was highly disappointing. Chicken was ok but everything else had no flavor. Corn from a can and Mac salad with absolutely no seasoning added. Mayo... and thats it. Ribs were also a waste...its hard to make food this bland

If you're craving for rotisserie chicken then it doesn't hurt to try this place. It was quiet when we entered and there wasn't any interaction with the cashier except when we ordered. Decided to do a take out, the dining area wasn't too inviting. Got 2 mini plates, one with a side of corn and the other with mac salad. Can't go wrong with the price and the portion you get. The chicken was flavorful and tender. I wouldn't recommend getting the mac salad.

We got here about an hour before closing. All the chairs were already up. I'm not sure if they're still not doing dine in or they were just getting ready to close. We looked at the menu and decided to get a Jumbo Plate ($21.99) which was a whole chicken with three sides. We got white rice, corn and mac salad for our sides. The cashier asked us if we wanted the chicken cut into pieces and that it would be $1 more. Since we were sharing the plate we figured that would be easier, so we forked over the dollar. The food was decent. It wasn't the best huli huli chicken that I've had, but it was moist and tender. I like my chicken drenched in huli sauce. If you look at my pics, no sauce.

Been craving Huli-Huli Chicken for awhile and haven't really found a place until today. I work in the area and looked up Koala Moa and found the Jack Pot. Great tasting chicken, great smoke, seasoning and cooked perfect. Will definitely be back to also try there Ribs. Sorry would have taken a picture but already in my belly.

Unwelcoming is the appropriate word to use to describe the ambiance and the employees & owner. There is nothing special about their food. You're better off to go somewhere else that your business is appreciated and not make you feel your presence is a nuisance. To the owner:Just a reminder, your unremarkable business is thriving because of your customers. But it's not only the food that will keep your business afloat. it's also how you treat people from all walks of life. I wish that you would never experience the kind of treatment you showed my family because no one deserves any form of discrimination. We, too, run our own business, but it makes us feel humble knowing that we are here to serve.We have advised ALL of our family and friends from different countries to steer away from your business as we do not want anyone to experience the same hostility shown towards us.

Experienced the worst customer service EVER from this place. To top it off, it was coming from the owner herself. Came here w/family visiting from Cali and England and from the get go, they already gave us attitude. Ordered food from the counter and decided to eat it there. There were 15 of us and there weren't enough chairs. There were extra chairs stacked on the side and so my cousin tried to take one but was stopped by the owner when she snapped at him for taking it. He apologized but the owner didn't say a word afterwards but continued to glare w/hostility at our group. It's not like as if we were loitering or anything. Not eating here EVER AGAIN!
