Let me start by saying that I'm huge on manners. If you're lacking, I will most likely be put off immediately. All good, we're not meant for everyone. I came here for a Makimono as I had a service done nearby and haven't eaten all day. The young "boy" at the front register lacks basic customer service: no greeting, thank you, anything really. Either it's a family owned business or companies really be hiring anyone at this point. The food is okay and doubt I'll continue my patronage at this location.

First and last time ordering from this place smh. I been craving some sushi since I got on my flight to head to Hawaii and I was let down. I paid for spicy mayo and didn't get it. I didn't even get utensils to eat with not chop sticks. Horrible experience for me.

Koszo sushi has the best hand rolls! Not a lot of rice, which I really appreciate, and the crunchiest nori on the island! Mahalo Kozo for being consistently delicious!

Fresh and delicious. Our favorite is the kahala plate for all family pot luck. A wide variety of sushi for everyone.

This was my first time at this location . The sushi was the standard Kozo fair. I'm taking off a star because of poor sevice. I entered the store, and there was a lady working. She looked up at me and continued doing what she was doing. I got closer to the register, and she glanced at me and continued to work, not saying anything to me. Anther customer came in, and she stopped and asked me what I wanted. The other customer that came in did not get any acknowledgment . A couple of minutes later, she finally took his order. Hope this was the exception Enjoy

ive been to this kozo before, but yesterdays experience was the worst. when i got there a lot of people were already waiting for their food. after i ordered i heard one of the customers who was standing right in front of the pickup area ask when her order was going to be ready because she had been waiting a long time. and miraculously when she asked, it so happened her order was ready. she seemed very upset. no idea how long she was waiting. fast forward. all the people who were already in there got their food. all of the people who came in after me and ordered after me, got their food. it was so bad that even some other customers asked me where my food was. so after the last other customer got their food, i went up and asked. i know the food is made to order, so wasnt it expected to come out immediately. but after seeing everyone else get their orders, which consisted of all different kinds of items including fried things and chicken, i went up. it had been 20min later. and just as miraculously as the other girl, my order popped out of the window when i asked where my order was. also, i had ONE poke bowl. the younger guy at the counter seemed like he hated his job and was doing it out of obligation to his family. he had zero expression on his face, no smile, no hospitality, no sense of urgency, and didnt give a ** about my order taking so long and coming out AFTER everyone elses order. needless to say, that though the price for the bowl was cheap, id only come back here as a last resort. i'd rather spend more money at one of the other 2 establishments in this same mall for a poke bowl because of the service.

Sushi my way fast! That's what my OG Kozo Sushi has always been.Gosh it takes me back to the days when I'd visit a family friend who'd always host the ultimate party gathering which was my dad's best friend and would always be so generously kind in every way. Mom would always make somethings that she knows they love but in addition pick up the platter from Kozo Sushi.Fast forward to their insane menu they have as it expanded to bowls, udon and even a make your own plate combo is quite mind boggling though I still do love their classic sushi as it's the nostalgia I've grown to love and is still the same in my opinion and knowing that I can walk in and get my order done the way I like is the best and they are very fast making it all to order. This location is in the Old Stadium Square so parking can be quite a challenge at times but I never really have problems finding a stall if any with a tiny bit of patience. The shop is quite small and nope no seating whatsoever though the vibe here is nice just a grab and go place is really what this locations is. Thank you!

Got delivery from uber eats to our condo in Hilton Village. Rolls are HUGE!!! and fresh! Ordered way too much food (thinking it would be grocery store size, NOT). Good variety and tasty after a long day in the sun!

All you expected for sushi take out at Honolulu. You get a larger portion at a very reasonable price. We got a lunch box and an Ahola bento, total cost is under $25, can't beat that price in Honolulu. So if you are near by, on a budget, and don't mind an ok/good'ish sushi, this is definitely the place that will keep your tummy full while still have funds left over for drinks later.

At first I thought it was shoyu in the egg. but when I tasted it it was sour and smelled funny and a little slimy. Uhh never again. Seems like they changed to a Chinese owner . Mouldy egg is not my preferred sushi flavor
