So sweet & yummy! The mother-daughter business owners were so sweet too! If you need to satisfy your sweet tooth you definitely need to stop by. Yummy toasted Belgium waffle w/ your choice of toppings!

I happened to be in the area and remembered about this shop. The owner was the. She's very friendly. The shop is clean and the decor is nice. I ordered the Italian savory waffle. It's a good size and filling for me. I decided to take it out instead of eating in. It was packed nicely. I shared it with my cousin. It was tasty and filling.

I took one bite of the crispy on the outside, soft, fluffy goodness on the inside Belgian waffle and it was the best tasting and textured waffle I have eaten in my entire life (and I have lived just over the border from Belgium in the Netherlands). The menu is diverse and offers both sweet and savory. I would recommend with a mixture of caramel and Nutella. Fresh fruit available: bananas, and strawberries, and sometimes blueberries. The savory options include the Frenchie, which is made with a non-sugary waffle dough was just the right amount of ham and cheese. The vibe is friendly, the atmosphere is very clean and bright. Plenty of seating, and a lovely view of the marina in the back. The owner-pastry Chef is delightful.

Service here 5/5 stars. Two wonderful employees answered our many questions and smiled the entire time. They told us their favorite savory and sweet top choices. Freshly made waffles here that are delightful and tasty. We ordered the $20 combo option of a savory waffle and an Authentic (no frills) waffle plus a drink. You can add toppings or order the specials with additional charges. The location is easy to find in the Koko Marina Shopping center. It is located closer to Zippy's. There is plenty of free parking available here. The store itself is clean and decor is minimalistic and relaxing. There is a water jug for complimentary water and syrup available for your waffle. I highly recommend trying the $20 combo special to try both types of waffles. We ordered our savory waffles- The Italian (prosciutto, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, and mozzarella buratta) and the Savory of the moment Cold Turkey & Pesto (pesto, turkey, fresh tomatoes, kale and spinach mix). The sweet waffle order- The Authentic (brioche, vanilla and caramelized) and one with added cinnamon and sugar ($1.00 more). Overall waffle rating here 5/5 stars. The warm mozzarella cheese stretched out with the thinly sliced prosciutto on first bite! The acidic taste from the sun dried tomatoes and pesto complemented the saltiness of the prosciutto and mellownesses of the mozzarella. A perfect combination. My partner in adventure loved her turkey pesto waffle! She noted that the texture of the warm waffle was the perfect chewiness and thickness. She devoured her savory waffle. We shared the Authentic. No toppings added. I wanted to taste the waffle plain. It was the perfect crispy then chewy first bite. Not too sweet with vanilla undertones. Then we tried it with the syrup they offered. The warm waffle did not need the syrup. It was delectable as The Authentic. Food here is a 5/5 star rating. Update: I forgot to mention that if you attempt to say the name of this place, you will receive a 10% off coupon for your next visit. La Liegoise also has a stamp card. Don't forget to get it stamped when you purchase!

I love this place so much, I actually drive out to Hawaii Kai just to visit and buy some waffles. I recommend it to friends and co-workers all the time! At this point I've tried both the sweet and savory waffles on their menu and they're both delicious and (at least to me) really stand out from any other waffles I've had on island in terms of quality and flavor. The savory waffle is flaky with a light crunch, and the sweet waffle seems to have some caramelization and is crispy on the outside with a soft interior. I think they're really different from the usual waffles you could grab at a typical American diner or breakfast spot. Service is great and the place itself is nice and cozy on the inside with lots of parking outside. My ONLY issue (and I think issue is a strong word) is that it's a little too quiet inside and I always feel like I have to speak extra softly when I dine in so as to not bother anyone. They do play music on a set of speakers inside, but I think it could be fun if they'd turn it up just a little bit. Might just be me though and it certainly doesn't take away from the quality of the food and service this place offers.

La Liegeoise is an absolute gem for waffle enthusiasts, and my recent visit was nothing short of a delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff's kindness and helpfulness set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic culinary journey. The atmosphere at La Liegeoise is charming and cozy, providing the perfect backdrop for indulging in some seriously delicious waffles. The staff here are not just friendly; they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible experience. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their passion for their craft was evident in every interaction. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the Norwegian Belgian waffle. Trust me when I say it's a taste of waffle heaven! The perfect blend of crispy and fluffy, with a delightful hint of sweetness that doesn't overpower. The waffle was generously adorned with fresh Norwegian toppings that added a burst of flavor with each bite. It was a symphony of textures and tastes that left my taste buds dancing with joy. What I appreciate most about La Liegeoise is their commitment to authenticity. The waffles are a true reflection of Belgian craftsmanship, and you can tell that every detail is attended to with care. The menu offers a variety of waffle options, ensuring there's something for every palate.Whether you're a waffle connoisseur or just looking for a delightful treat, La Liegeoise is the place to be. The combination of exceptional service, warm ambiance, and, of course, the outstanding Norwegian Belgian waffle makes this cafe a must-visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delectable offerings. Merci, La Liegeoise, for an unforgettable waffle experience!

A hidden gem in Koko Marina Center!! The food is delicious and the waffles are all the way from Europe!! The owner Nohea is the sweetest and takes the time to acknowledge each and every customer. They even offer finger waffle sandwich platters, cheese fondue and chocolate fondue for private parties!! I highly recommend this venue for your next intimate gathering!!

Just a 25’ drive from Waikiki, this under-discovered delight is perfect for breakfast or lunch during a trip to Hanauma Bay, Sandy/Waimanalo, Makapu’u, or Kailua/Kaneohe. The waffles (sweet or savory) are scrumptious, the staff super-friendly & the coffee strong. Ample parking & air conditioning, too! A wonderful break in between fancy meals at Senia or Bar Maze, or humble poke, ramen or lunch plates :-)

No variety, small waffles served on cardboard. $5 for a coke. One of the guests spilled coffee on the floor and the employee just threw him some napkins instead of helping. Very expensive for what you get.

Yes, I had the banana cream waffle and the Frenchie which is a ham and cheese with pickles. The taste was yummy.Sandwiches were crazy good. The way the waffle crunches with that light texture, the cheese was nice and glue and steamy, the ham of course delicious and the pickles at the right Tang to it. They put on a show while slicing the banana and two slices putting some cane sugar on top and torching it to brule it.Very funny impressive staff, we need more people to discover this gem in Hawaii Kai.the atmosphere was nice, the AC was nice and chilly. The view of the Marina and the mountain was beautiful, they even have outdoor seating right on the marina.

Wow! Best Belgian Waffle on Oahu. Great service, family oriented facilities, delicious selection of waffles. The waffles are sweetened just right by itself. The toppings definitely elevates the flavor palette. The coffee also pairs nicely with the waffles.Plus they have a punch card for repeat customers.Parking: Plenty of parking around the tail end of the mall.Kid-friendliness: They do have a children’s table for the kids.
