My family stayed at the Hawaiian Hilton for a weekend, we walked by this shop a few times, the line was always long. On our last day, there was no line so we decided to grab coffee. As we walked in, the staff seemed busy making coffee for other customers. There were no greetings as we waited. We eventually ordered, chai latte, expresso, and the kids wanted to try the chocolate chip cookies. We received the chai latte and expresso, then waited and waited but no cookie. I finally went back to the counter after 10 minutes and asked for the cookie. The shop got busy so most likely they forgot about the cookie. Nonetheless, we drank the latte and expresso, both were good. My husband liked his expresso, he said it was better than Starbucks. I enjoyed my latte but I will stick with Starbucks. The cookie was amazing though, we decided to get more, plus the rainbow sugar cookie. All were delicious.

Kona coffee ice cream was great. The woman serving the ice cream seemed miserable. There was a bit of a line and we had to wait a little over 10 minutes for the ice cream. Worth stopping in

Solid ice cream, great flavor choices, and good waffle cones! Nothing crazy but a very good choice for a good dessert option!

It's expensive! (lol) I guess it can't be helped because the yen is weak. But ice cream is delicious. It gets crowded from noon to night, so we recommend visiting in the morning.

Good coffee to start the meeting and ice cream for later in the day. Baked goods and a variety of Hawaiian flavors for overall make this busy place with checking out. Their local roasts are very good for the coffee.

I got a double scoop of Paniolo cookie crunch in a waffle cone and it is absolutely amazing! My entire family was jealous of mine and kept stealing bites.? The waffle cones are made fresh there, and you can even watch the worker make them. The shop is definitely too small for how many people are always in line, but what can you expect? Definitely recommend, we will be going back.

I had mango, macadamia nut and coconut flavors. It was really delicious, and the macadamia nuts were full of nuts, so luxurious that I had never eaten them before in Japan.Coconut has a very aromatic and refined taste. The moment you take a bite of mango, a tropical feeling will spread in your mouth! !In Japan, you usually order a cup, but I highly recommend ordering a waffle cone at this restaurant. When you pass in front of the store, you can smell the wonderful buttery aroma, so be sure to enjoy the waffle cone.

The Kona Blue coffee was okay. The cinnamon roll was pretty good. The other breakfast pastries I tried were okay. There was nothing about my purchase here that made the wait worth it.

Ice cream and waffle cone were both good. I ordered and the girl questioned my order (a double dip in a cone…so I just said leave it a single dip). Definitely not enough space for all the people that come in…but for a very touristy location what can you expect? ?
