I used it for breakfast. The inside of the store is spacious and there are plenty of seats, so I was able to sit down without having to wait.It seems that there are many cafe menus and food menus available. There was also a wide variety of drinks.I was given a seat on the outside with a great view, so I was able to enjoy the tropical atmosphere outside. The waffles were very delicious and the staff were very nice.

The chicken karaage had a sauce that tasted like wasabe which the manager “rebecca” denied. The description for the karaage didnt specify it had a sauce incorporated. The oxtail soup was good and the pancakes and the chocolate cream puff. Just annoyed at the guy thats checking the food JOEL,before bringing it out, he so loud and yelles at our waitress sooo rude the next table to us also noticed. Very unprofessional.this company and Rebecca should initiatw proper training for him alone and if he needes to correct his peee he should tale them aside not yell at her in front of customers. Geez

Stopped here as we wanted to get some takeout. Ordered waffles and chicken karaage and loco moco w/fried rice. Was told the kitchen was busy so it's be a bit longer wait and was okay with that. 40 minutes goes by and I had to ask about an update on my order. Looks like my food had been ready for a while because it was cold but no one bothered to check on it. Then they also got my order wrong as I got white rice vs their fried rice. It was busy but to not take a quick 30 seconds to see if my order is ready seems lazy or they didn't care.

It's quite interesting to look around the store.I thought that the man in charge of the reception was a surprisingly dry person, but the servers around me were a bit slow, so he had to carry the plates himself and follow up on the table's order mistakes. The other employees seemed quiet. This time I went in with an oli oli coupon, but it's the type where you use the coupon at the same time as you sit down. It's probably only in the beginning, but I honestly think it's a pain to check.Soup appeared as soon as we were seated.Knives and forks are handed from a pile in the center of the table. You can order from two types: meat only or meat and ? combo. For drinks, you can choose from coffee, iced tea, or soft drinks (refills were free).Finish off with the shop's signature puff.Overall the taste is the! American. It might be nice to have some yakiniku sauce or something.Thank you for the meal.

Dining experience is hit or miss. Food is mediocre and pre-made so looking for good service to offset that. Had Matthew and he was exceptional. Had Amy, and felt like we were a bother for her. Tried to order a spinach salad with grilled chicken instead of shrimp, and was told we couldn't substitute it, when we had done it on two previous occasions. Tried to order said salad from another employee as we were leaving at 9:20pm, and was told the kitchen was already closed. Posted hours on the front door say they are open until 10:00 pm. I'd only recommend this place if you are hangry and there's a 45 minute wait at any other restaurant, and no wait here.

I was not allowed to sit outside as I was just one person (according to the manager), although they seated 2 people behind me in a sunny table outside! There were plenty of empty tables while the day before there was no problem! I ended up going to another restaurant that took single people which had an awesome view of the water!Kid-friendliness: Not friendly to single people!

This is a locals favorite spot and can get busy most of the day. Such great food and service. Gotta have garlic fried rice with your breakfast, you won't regret it. Super nice restaurant and always great service regardless of how busy it is.

Still dreaming about these coco puffs and poi mochi donuts! My family and I came here 3 times for the coco puffs, and once for dinner. I ordered the beef teriyaki plate (with rice, corn, mac salad) pretty good for $18. Yes, you can bring the puffs and donuts on plane!! We took back a dozen each ?

We had an okay experience with Liliha Bakery. The cream puffs were just okay and the poimochi donut was also just okay. We had better on the island. Prices were a bit expensive compared to other places but it is in Waikiki so I get it. We wouldn’t go back as we found better places for the same products.
