We always go here to buy our thai tea and foods. Today we’re in the line waiting on the customer in front of us to be done. The lady with long hair who is done helping her, she IGNORED us and didn’t help us first and told us she gonna help them first(went to the 2 ladies next to us in the line) and help them instead of helping us first because those 2 ladies came in the line after us. So RUDE!!!!!!! Looks like she’s a supervisor in there.

I ate here on March 27, 2024. Icy cold service (there's no confusing this place with the "land of smiles"). Absolute garbage food. Fatty chicken, bland, generic dishes that are an insult to Thailand. Even though I'm a farang, I wanted to offer to go in the back and show them a few dishes.

The food is ok. I ordered the Cold Chicken Rice (Khao Man Gai) which I eat all the time in Thailand. It hurts me to say that this dish tasted so far from the real thing, it's hard to call it authentic Thai. The chicken tasted like it was left outside for a few hours and it was also really dry. The rice was also much drier than it should have been. The soup was fine but that's the least important part of this dish. The staff is very friendly and the wait was reasonable. The price feels a little on the high side for what you get.

If you don't like spices, avoid it. The chicken broth and spice-scented rice were so delicious that I ate them twice.

Delicious red chicken curry and Tofu with mushrooms. I did order some Tapioca with Lychee, it was excellent too. One small thing, a piece of plastic wrap was included in the food container. Why? Not sure. Hence the 4 star review. The Pad Thai is not recommended. More noodles and not much veggies. Maybe we'll return.

Ok #1 noodles but not exceptional. My takeout order was slow because they only completed half of the order. Friendly employees.

A kiosk at Ala Moana houses this restaurant and as busy as they are they individually prepares papaya salad the traditional way by crushing and mixing the ingredients in front of you. It's fresh and good. Little on pricier side but what would you expect on Ala Moana right? I love papaya salad so whenever I have a chance I've got to try and this hit the spot for me

Actually, ZERO STARS! Awful, just awful! The worst Thai food I've had in all my life. I had pad Thai and green chicken curry. The pad Thai appeared to be 98% noodles and 2% of something unidentifiable. It was bland and not even close to the flavorful dish enjoyed elsewhere. The green curry was tasteless as well. Never, ever again and I couldn't believe I was willing to give this place a try. Live and learn.

We went at almost closing time so we were hoping there would maybe be a discount but no luck. Regardless, prices are not too bad and the flavor is pretty good. There is a green chicken curry special that comes with jasmine rice and spring rolls (no subs), but since they were out of spring rolls, she gave me pad thai instead which was ok, a little bland but decent. The green curry was quite spicy which was expected and good, with lots of chicken and eggplant, just how I like it. The jasmine rice was fluffy and fragrant. And Taylor loves tapioca so I got him one with apple bananas on it which he loved! Great spot in the food court!

Got Pad Thai which was anything but that. Not at all enjoyable experience with the taste . You are better off trying other kiosks for this

The worst Thai food I've ever eaten in my life...my son had the chicken sate, which he said was horrible, and I had the basil chicken and the lime chicken...and both was horrible...Thai tea was good...we threw it away after two bites...

I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to food, but sadly, I threw away like half my order. Was not that great.
