I thought the empanadas were good and a great price at 3 for $10. I wasn’t sure which to get, but they let me know I could try both, so I got two beef and one chicken. I preferred the beef, so glad I got more of it! The red sauce they recommended was also really good.Affordable compared to some of the food places here.

Disappointed. Bought the 3 for $10 (one beef & potato and 2 chicken) Empanadas weren’t good. Didn’t taste fresh, felt like the empanada have probably been ready for a whole day and it was just reheated. The filling didn’t have any flavor. My family is from Colombia/Venezuela so I was expecting a much better empanadas. Won’t be coming back for sure. The person in charge of the food truck was friendly though.

Authentic Colombian cuisine right here in Honolulu!! Absolutely delicious!! And Juan Miguel is a compliment to the food!! Great choice when in Waikiki and are feeling hungry. We will return!!! Gracias!!!!

empanadas are very tasty but the green sauce!!!! try the green sauce!!! it brings out the wonderful spices in the chicken empanadas. Anthony was super nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend.
Beef potato is gooood. So is the chicken. Try the white sauce and green sauce with the potato and try the green sauce with the chicken. Delicious. Limited seat but it’s a food truck, but found random chairs. Would eat again. Also like the corn

Awful! Not fresh, pre-made, likely pre-frozen and store-bought, disgusting texture and lacking flavor. This is the worse representation of an empanada imaginable. Overpriced for the trash served and the size. Btw this is the only things served, don’t follow old pictures.

The empanadas have a super buttery crust. Kind of tastes like they should be out of a Parisian bakery. The garlic sauce was just superb. I wished I had tried note of their sauces if they were anywhere as good as the garlic sauce. Very decent value. Nice people. Oh I also had a Colombian soda. Very interesting. Kind of reminded me of Irn Bru if you've ever had that. Highly highly recommended.

I’m Colombian and was very surprised to find this spot while visiting Hawaii. The staff i met during the day & night are very friendly and welcoming. I wasn’t expecting much of these empanadas since i was in the middle of the Pacific and far away from Colombia but they were actually very flavorful. However, the only downside is that they reheat the empanadas so i wish they would be made fresh.
