Very busy place. Lots of people from all over. The staff does their best to keep up with everything. Soda machine is often no ice because it's that busy. All the garbage bins overflowing, and there's even someone to change it. Hectic place- I give the workers credit for doing a great job.

This McDonald's is always busy no matter what time you go they are pretty fast but the drive true I don't know sometimes there fast and other times there not but I like go thru the drive true cause inside there's homeless people in there sometimes and I don't like that they are yelling and screaming to there self.

This store is consistently staffed and always delivers what I order with a smile and sincere thank you. I like to order the frozen coke beverage but I modify it mixing in some frozen blue raspberry as well, although there is no way to order this using the app, the staff is always accommodating when I arrive to pick up my order. My dogs always get apple slices as well and this is the only store I’ve visited that does not run out of this item frequently. I make it a point to order from this location.

Yes, I just try to do a service for Hawaii. I try to just do my deliveplease for McDonald's and for the customer. I try to be a good citizen and do the right that's a manager they are for in the morning, refused to give me the food for a customer because she said that I was on an ebike in her drive through so I was delivering to a disabled veteran. And I go there every night and receive the food. Everybody's usually very pleasant and polite. This lady bad mouth at me laughed at me. Here's part of the recording. I wish I would add all of it. She is no good of an employee. And I just want to list that. Thank you very much. And I hope everybody else has a better experience than I did.

Just used McDonald's app ad for free fries ? Friday my code went tru saying they got it but girl told us something is wrong with app and that's there is a problem with my rewards..hummm ?I thinking if they are ripping us off and taking ? for them self's...mind you I'm a loyal customer and we spend a lot of money at this location..they take so long and no since have rewards if u can't use it ....what a waste of time and money I'll be going to another McDonald's who is professional in how they run business... ???

I go in at 1045pm to order. The lady at the register is on the phone but not talking. At 10:57 she gets off and says we are closing right now. In between this, the guy running the drive through asked someone else to help me and she replied no, we are closing in a few minutes. So I leave and go through the drive through like the guy recommended and when I get there, he says I went past the cones and can't order. They put up the cones as I was already waiting in the drive through. Just terrible customer service and lazy people.
