Food was great and my server had great hospitality but never been to a Mexican restaurant where we had to pay for Nachos and salsa. Its mostly always to be free with the meal like many other Mexican restaurants.

Stale chips, salsa tasted like a tomato sauce base, fajita steak was incredibly chewy, margaritas were good though.

Nothing to rave about. Food is average and drinks were ok. Skinny margarita seemed to be the most worth it. Service seemed rushed and so did the food, but it still tasted good.

Tried almost all mexican food establishments in honolulu and Mexican restaurant is by far the best so far. All dishes served are just packed and juicy with flavor! Very generous portion. Good quality ingredients. Beautiful Mexican decor which gives you an authentic Mexican atmosphere. Delicious! Prices are affordable. Generous parking are available. Nice! Go there.

Really great food and very nice staff. The burritos are massive and filling. Just need to keep that music playing and the atmosphere vibe rolling.Parking: Parking sucks a little as you have to find a way to turn around to get out.

Another amazing experience. I've probably been back 2 or three times since my last review. I just wanted to reiterate how much I love their chips and salsa and entrees. I had the Carne Asada burrito Mexico style with rice, beans, and all the stuff. I couldn't eat it all so I've got another meal waiting for me. They charge $3 for chips and salsa now, but I understand because I've gone in and filled up on free chips and salsa and probably didn't need to order anything else! $3 is very reasonable for the quality and quantity of chips they give you. The service was amazing. I just wanted to thank the guys who waited on us who were so attentive and on it from the moment we got in there until the moment we left. I'd go back again and again!

Excellent place for Mexican food - generous portions and great flavors. Chips and salsa used to be free but now cost $3 which I understandable nowadays. Service is friendly and courteous and decor is like your in a time capsule or like your not in Honolulu.

Best Mexican food near town. Really friendly and efficient service, and a great spot for lunch or early dinner. I hear it gets busier at night. The food is consistent, authentic, and huge servings. Bring a good appetite!

Came in and immediately, a server darted over to seat me. The servers are very courteous, hospitable, and efficient. The chips and salsa are pretty standard but the simplicity is what matters. The chips were crispy and had good flavor. The salsa was delicious and had a good amount of spice. For entree, I had the Mexico burrito. It came on a huge plate with guacamole, tomatoes, rice, beans, and cheese. Every bite I took made me wanna take another. Everything about it was just perfect. I really wanted to try more items on the menu but unfortunately, I was too full. Can't wait to come back for more!

Great food, great employees, and got to watch football. The margaritas were amazing and not some watered-down drink. What more can you ask for?
