Great place to meet friends for a nice meal. They have many excellent very tasty gluten free options available. The lettuce wraps are fabulous as an appetizer.

Went there last night. Table was not ready so we waited in the bar. Tender was excellent, drinks came quickly. When our table was ready we were placed right by the door, a few steps from where we were sitting in the bar. When we asked to be away from a high traffic area they sent us upstairs, where we were promptly seated right by the kitchen entrance/exit. In my mind a real FU from the staff. On top of this we had to carry our own drinks around. Not satisfied we talked to the front end staff and went back to the bar to finish our drinks. They never came back. Our bartender offered to get us a table, but we decided to head out. There are many places to eat in Waikiki and PF Chang's won't be getting our business anytime soon. This might be why it was so available in the first place...

The food is okay. I've tried most of the vegetarian options. Some were good, some not. It's P. F. Chang's. I will say the service has been excellent both times I've eaten there, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful in a chill sort of way.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian lettuce wraps, tofu main dish, green beans (fried and non-fried options)

We enjoyed our late lunch at PF Chang in Honolulu Waikiki. It was surprising to see the restaurant almost empty at 1pm.... We ordered steamed shrimp dumpling appetizer, 3-item happy hour lunch deal for $30 (crispy green beans, Kung Pao chicken, spicy chicken) and ordered mongolian beef. It was very nice we were able to choose rice, fried rice or lomain noodles (for extra fee). We were served promptly but the server didn't take our rewards # at the beginning but asked to provide it later and we didn't get reward points for this visit. This happened quite a few times at other locations, which is very annoying.

Great server, mixed bag with the food. Their ‘signature’ Lo mein was completely dry, unseasoned and flavourless. On the other hand the Kung pau Brussels were amazingly tasty. And don’t order everything at once - our mains arrived before we’d finished our entree’s.

I went to have dinner after hearing good reviews about this restaurant. I felt like I was in Honolulu as I sat on the open terrace and watched the people passing by. This time I ordered a meat dish and a vegetable dish. The portions are quite large compared to Japanese cuisine, so I think it's important to be careful when ordering. However, if you can't eat all the food here, the custom is to take it home in a box. The seasoning was a little spicy, but it was delicious. The staff, both male and female, were very friendly.

We ordered 2 dishes - hot and sour soup and signature lo mein. Both dishes were dismal and very evidently cooked by line cooks without an inkling of chinese food. The hot and sour lacked heat and was overly sour with a heavy handed portion of vinegar. The ingredients were not finely julienned or diced and instead the tofu was roughly chopped into huge chunks. Worst of all, it came lukewarm. The lo mein was a disaster. Cloyed in oil and was overly sweet. Totally missing in wok heat. This is not Chinese food. Rubbish food masquerading as Chinese food at best. Service is perfunctory at best.

Unique dining experience with such oriental decor.Food was nice and worthy trying. The spare ribs tastes great with just the right seasoning, unlike some Chinese restaurants way too salty. The lettice wrap and garlic beans is a must! One thing dissappointing was the brussle sprout was a bit over cooked which tastes a bit bitter.
