As I was driving east on Salt Lake Blvd, a Papa John's driver in a compact blue...I believe a Toyota failed to yield from Peltier Avenue and shot out in front of me forcing me to brake hard. I blew my horn and got a shaka sign from him. His arrogance in thinking he could shoot into traffic without yielding and making a shaka sign doesn't save lives. Beware if you see this driver in the Mapunapuna/Salt Lake area.

Placed an order for delivery at 6:02. Order was to be delivered by 6:47 pm. It’s 7:50 pm. No order. Door dash delivery driver says his application is broken and he can’t deliver. I have called papa johns for an hour straight with no answer and mailbox is full. Door dash says they can’t refund my money since it went through the store. Papa johns doesn’t answer their phone. Highly doubt I will order from here again.

I ordered a delivery and waited for over 1 hour for the pizza to get to my house. The driver gave me the pizza with the garlic sauce container opened and splashed all over the box. The driver had left before I had the chance to show him the open sauce. So I called Papa John’s and I spoke with a lady worker who supposedly tried to transfer my call to the manager who never picks up the phone. I tried to call them several times after that but they kept putting me on hold and I was never able to speak to anyone after that. I will never order anything from Papa John’s anymore. Their customer service is terrible and if anything is wrong in regards to your delivery it is impossible to get to anyone to handle the situation.

I purchased a large garlic stuffed spinach, tomato, alfredo . It was terrible to the point where the crust was not edible. The entire pizza was salty but the crust the worst. They must have used 5 little spinach leaves and no tomatoes. What a waste of $28. Never again!

Rick was an astounding delivery driver! I accidentally clicked him for one pizza slice on his review. he actually deserves 5 slices because he was amazing. I am sorry.

I called to inform them of the situation and immediately the manager apologizes and made it right with fast delivery!! I didn't get the chance to get her name , but will definitely order again from here !! Thank you for making it right!!
