Amazing service pizza was perfect well cut.

The best experience ever. I have had zero issues when I have ordered in the last six months.Wheelchair accessibility: No issues getting to the counter to pay, but the doors are not automatic to get into the food court. It is not Papa John’s fault, but the base.

The kid with the pink condom covering his hair thought it was more important to text than to answer my questions. So I walked away and went to Popeyes instead. I'm sure the pizza would have been delicious.

To start, I went to the counter to order and the man working behind the counter had headphones in and was on his phone so he didn't recognize there was a customer until I said something loudly to him. Then, I ordered a meatball pepperoni Papadias, which I was told by the worker that he had to have his manager come forward and put a code in to re-access the ordering system. The "manager" comes out wearing what i can best describe as pajamas, and he was also on his phone while putting in the code to get into the computer. Once the code was entered and the order was submitted, I sat down to wait for my food and watched as the worker lazily played with his phone until he remembered that he had an order to put through, so he made the meal and put it in the oven. Once the meal was in the oven, the worker hastily returned to his phone and stayed on it until the order came out. As the order finished, I had to guess that it was my order because he didn't announce anything, he just dropped the box on the counter and went back to his phone. I grabbed the box and said thank you. Of course, he didn't reply with anything because he could either not hear me because of the headphones or was lost in thought while still playing on his phone. As I was leaving the BX area, I returned to him and showed him that he had cooked the wrong meal. He gave me a small cheese pizza instead of a papadias. I asked him if it was the wrong meal or possibly someone elses, and he replied no its a papadias, and that it was my responsibility to fold the small cheese pizza in half to create the meatball pepperoni papadias. Normally, one would get enraged at this level of incompetent laziness. However, it was actually so magnificently terrible that it was actually comical. That being said, the owner needs to clean house, there wasnt a single moment that even closely resembled customer service and the employees are severely harming your income as I was warned multiple times not to go to this particular Papa Johns because of it. The only reason I went was out of pure morbid curiosity, and I must say, you lived up to the hype. I would rather go to a rat owned pizza establishment with four teenage turtles working the counter than ever go back to this Papa Johns unless there are some significant changes to the policies, ethics, and staff. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a wrongfully ordered small cheese pizza to eat.

The worst pappa John's I have ever been to. Very disappointed in the quality of food and the attitude of one of the employees who called herself an area manager. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a large pizza, well done. Ordered came 1 hour late. Called the manager 20 minutes passed the delivery time and all I was told was there were no drivers and door dash was on its way. Pizza finally arrived, soggy, barely warm, with barely any toppings.

Worst place to order Garden pizza gives very little Vegetables server says that's how they fill there orders. This is the second time I had this done to me last time they replaced it with more vegetables this time server didn't want to replace it. This is the Last time I order from this place.

Spent a decent amount of time putting an order together here. I got a call back saying they stop taking orders for delivery at 7:00 when the website says 7:30. Pretty frustrating and the lady who called me on the phone was very rude to me.

Ordered 2lg online. Was notified to pick order up in 15 min. Went there 25 minutes after order was processed and was told it will be about another 40 min. Came back about 45 min later and was told it will be about anotherhour. As I was talking to the manager behind the desk I received an email stating the order was canceled. I asked why did I just receive an email saying it was canceled and why was it not ready. Manager said well I have 2 new people and the times we n orders are controlled by the mainland. I suggest that when you get behind maybe take a few minutes out and call your customers and notify them that you are backed up. That way they can choose to wait or find something else for their family for dinner. Absolutely unacceptable. There were 2 other customers dealing with the same issue I was at the same time.Online Order Number: 983646705

The phone number does not work, can’t order by phone or online very confusing.Also what are the actual hours?

Waited in line for 10 mins while the one customer service rep saw the people in front of me in line as well as myself waiting to order. After she completed her tasks she was working on she then let us know that the system wasn’t working and we couldn’t actually order anything. She could have told us that for the 10 mins we were waiting instead of making it almost impossible to get lunch now during the lunch period allotted.

Will continue to order here because it's on base, but I ordered a pizza for delivery and after 2 hours I called the manager and she tells me the driver is on the way. After another 30 minutes, I call back and the cashier tells me the order was delivered (definitely not), then a different manager tries telling me the same thing, then finally tells me the delivery driver brought the food back because either someone told them I changed it to a carryout (never did), or the system supposedly changed it to a carryout on its own. What really happened: the driver couldn't find the place and instead of calling me, cooked up a story for the manager just to get back to the store. And these are the same people that expect $15+ an hour wages
