On a Sunday night, they only had one person working in the store and one person doing deliveries. We waited over an hour for one pizza. The employee was very stressed out and was working her butt off to cook pizzas and work the register. She kept a positive attitude, which must have been hard. This was not her fault, but this location clearly has a management issue. We will go to Dominoes next time.

Ordered online from there on a Friday, they were kind of busy. When I got to the store to pick it up (~20 minutes after I ordered) my pizza was already done and sitting on a counter but they hadn't started on my boneless wings yet. I sat there and waited for about 15 minutes for them to finish my wings and by the time they were ready, my pizza was long cold. When I got home and looked at the pizza, it had rather sparse cheese (I ordered extra cheese) and the crust was definitely their original style (not the brooklyn style that I ordered). Had to microwave it.

Next time, staff!! Don’t cancelled/ give the order that was already assigned to the doordash delivery driver and assign it to someone else (example: your delivery driver). Not sure if this Papa john’s is a scam. Literally wasted gas because of this BS.

I remember Papa Johns saying they were the "last honest pizza". However, when you go in, there are no prices on the menu! In fact even online, you have to go through hoops just to find out how much a pizza is. Anyway, because other places were closed, we ordered from Papa Johns. The pizza cost $35 and there was so much upsell on the phone - you may have thought you were buying a car. In any case, the pizza was ready on time and it looked good. However one bite had me wondering if I had lost my taste buds! It was so bland and tasteless. Maybe they forgot to put tomato sauce on the pizza???? There was no hint of a good tomato base and the dipping sauce tasted like fake butter with a hint of garlic.Honestly, I think Red Baron pizza might taste better than this and you can get about 4 or 5 of them for the same price. However, they get 2 stars for being open and having the pizza ready and that means something for sure!For $35, you can get Boston's, 2 pizzas from the Hut and also Round Table. So Papa Johns is a hard sell. But they get the business for being open and delivering product.

Got Groupons and saved a lot. The app is very easy to use. Food was ready on time and fresh.
