Staff was to busy having conversations to worry about asking orders. Then when they noticed me and came over they said the coupon which I just received from the NEX was onine only. I read it and it said nothing about online only. So they take my order. 5 mins go by and they are having a chat with some man. Then another 5 mins go by and they stop to take some single slice orders. Finally 15 mins in they start my pizza and bread sticks. Apparently one of the staff was new so she kept stopping and asking how to do stuff. More time.goes by. I am assuming they put the bread sticks in and painfully slowly started the pizza. After starting and stopping multiple times and the younger staff repeatedly asking for help. Process started at 3:25 pm and we finaky got our pizza and over cooked bread sticks at 4:05 pm.Don't waste your time or money.

I've never had to wait long for my order to be ready, and they always honor my coupons. Additionally, the quality of the pizza has consistently met my expectations- better ingredients definitely make a better pizza! Service was friendly, I was waiting for my pizza and they showed me the process of different types of pizza crusts. Pizza was great and store was tidy and clean!
