Food and service were amazing. Got the bigger breakfast with steak, shrimp, longanisa. Very generous portions. Breakfast burrito was very filling as well. Will definitely be back.

Seems like the place were the working class go for breakfast and not full of tourists. It was a nice change and the guy in there was super friendly at 6am

Tasty food, portions are large, reasonably priced or cheaper than other places, friendly and hard working staff! This place is easy to find with good amount of shared parking in the front of their restaurant. They can get busy (i went on a weekend) because of course a good place will be busy. So there may be a wait. I've seen at the time I went 3 staffs working hard, cooking and serving a bunch of people. Be patient and kind. They also have when available ready to eat bentos under the heater for a grab and go to eat. About $7. And the menu has a huge variety of all kinds of food! Yum!

So much good food here and the workers are so kind! With shared parking with the plaza, it is easily accessible and quick to get to. The food here is so tasty and feels like it was made with love. I highly recommend for a nice meal. There are so many options to choose from. I like the lunch plates a lot, it has everything I want in a meal.

First time here and one of the few places open on the Presidents Day holiday. No line, quiet and prices were very reasonable. Food was made quick and packed even tho we decided to eat inside. Small area with only 4 seats.

They serve large portions at a very reasonable price. The service was fast and friendly. There is a counter to eat at, maybe 6 stools. Overall it was a little bit of a drive to get there but worth it.

I love this place! I've been eating here for about 6 months. It's like going to your family's house for a home cooked meal. Menu ranges from American, Filipino, local and more. Can't beat the price. Workers are funny and welcoming.

Great stop for breakfast heading into town. Got the three choice (ham, bacon, langanisa) breakfast with 2 eggs OM. Lots of rice on the plate! Only $8. Plus they use the heavy duty plate lunch boxes. If you're in a rush, they also have cheap breakfast bentos ready to go.

I was going to buy lunch from Joe's Grill but decided to try Papa's instead, which opened right next door. The premade bento's looked good and were reasonable, like $8-9. Then I saw the menu and I was intrigued by the spicy black bean ribs so I ordered a plate. Then I saw pasteles stew so the girl talked me into a mixed plate. I think it cost me at least $15. The ribs turned out really delicious and I would definitely order this again. As for the pastele stew, it was OK but I wouldn't order this again. I will definitely return and try some Filipino cuisine the next time.

Papa's Deli is located near Nimitz Highway in the same complex as the former Chan's Buffet Chineese Restaurant. I believe they are the former Ann's Kitchen owners. PARKING They share the area with other establishments so parking can be busy, especially during the lunch. Best time to come was on the weekends. FOOD They have an excellent variety of food. From filipino dishes, hawaiian and other local dishes. My favorite is the diniguan plate. So much flavor and they aren't stingey with their portions either. Adobo is another favorite. Can't go wrong with this one. Plus, they were serving breakfast at lunch too. So, if ou're craving some breakfast food for lunch they have that option. This is the go-to fast take out place if you want some well priced, nicely portioned filipino food!
