Picked up a 6 in strawberry shortcake ($51) for mom's birthday. The cake visually was appealing but the cake itself was dry and buttercream was just ok. Tasted like it had been sitting awhile. I expected more since I've had other pastries and drinks here and all was good.

I haven't tried many of their pastries or cakes but for all our family occasions, their strawberry shortcake is a go-to! Their cream isn't too sweet at all, and tastes light and fluffy. That's my favorite. They have a good cake to cream ratio, and their fruits are always fresh. The design of the cakes are very nice and professional as well. It's a bit pricey but definitely worth the taste and aesthetics of the cake!

Expensive but totally worth it!!! Got two desserts pumpkin basque and a chocolate parfait cup Onolicious what a treat!!! I always come too late and miss the good stuff. I was parked close by and saw the bakery and had to go got tempted and it was really good. Really nice setup and great customer service. Everything is beautiful and the dessert is like artwork. Lots of love in their baking special treats. Arigato lol. Definitely worth the prices.

Overpriced & super underwhelming. Got the tiramisu, parfait and cheesecake and they were all a solid C minus. I expect more out of a japanese bakery. Meh.

I'm 5'1 and very small. This is my hand and their cheese cake. Three bites and will be gone. I'm gonna get a cheese cake from different places next time. This wasn't worth what my husband paid for.

If you're in search of a heavenly bakery experience, look no further than La Palme D'or Patisserie. My visit to this charming establishment was an absolute delight, largely thanks to their signature strawberry shortcake. From the first bite, I was transported to a world of culinary bliss. The cake itself was a marvel of lightness and fluffiness, almost airy in texture yet perfectly moist. It served as the ideal canvas for the star of the show: fresh strawberries. Each bite burst with the sweetness of ripe strawberries, elevating the entire experience to new heights. But what truly set La Palme D'or Patisserie apart was their frosting. A delicate, airy whipped cream adorned the cake, its sweetness expertly balanced to enhance, rather than overpower, the natural flavors of the strawberries and cake. Reminiscent of the frostings found on Asian pastries, it was a testament to the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define this bakery. Whether you're a connoisseur of sweets or simply in need of a pick-me-up, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to La Palme D'or Patisserie. With each bite, you'll discover a new level of culinary excellence that is sure to leave you craving more.

We often get clients that brings us cakes from La Palme D'or and noticed that it's been consistently very bad... first I thought it was just that one time, but it keeps happening over and over. These are not fresh- they freeze their cakes! Mine was the roll cake but they also freeze other cakes as well. Several incidents the cakes were still frozen- and it had that freeze burn type of scent on the cream- horrible horrible horrible. And this isn't just me, lots of my friends had the same experience. It's sad but true....

I don't think it's worth paying the high price.I bought a cake for my child's birthday because I was so impressed with how delicious it was. There was no flavor of fresh cream, and I was disappointed as it had no special feeling. The attitude of the staff was also depressed and I felt like they were just trying to sell me, so I was disappointed that I couldn't receive pleasant customer service. I don't think I'll ever buy a cake here again.

Nice place, everything is delicious and the desserts are super small. The panna cotta is incredibly small in size.

Their desserts are literally heaven sent. They are to die for. The crème brûlée is my personal favorite, along with the custard and the chocolate. I also really enjoy their drinks, the plantation tea jelly is always a must for me and I recently tried their new kiwi drink and loved it as well. Highly recommend coming here for all of your dessert needs, this place is so delicious and the employees are super friendly and accommodating!

The tuna salad croissant sandwich tasted divine and healthy at the same time, and way better than it looks (I thought it looked dry initially). I think they touch the food with the same gloves as the money and also from one customer to the next. Kind of gross.

Nice store with great cake options. The strawberry short cake filling is just right. It's ideal to those who don't like super sweet cakes.Prices are not cheap compared to other bakeries, especially the custom or Birthday cakes. It's worth a try or treat your loved ones once in a while.Phone line can be busy. Had to call multiple times to get someone on the line.

Totally over priced. You paid 85+ for a strawberry short cake and they did not even provide the disposable knife and fork. And if you need to buy a candle, sorry no credit card for item less than $5. Not worthy.
