Good inexpensive food. Get a mini whatever you like, it's like 3 pounds of food and you will get a "Kanak Attack ". The regular plate is huge, and I am not small. The staff is exceptional and super friendly. I have been a patron since 1963 when Penny only had the lunch wagon and we could get plate lunch for 85-98 cents.

Very friendly ladies! I was told to come here by my friend and customer Aric who purchased 2 cars from me (25 years apart!) I ordered the hamburger curry golash local style not Hungarian. It was pretty Ono be sure to ask for pickled onions!

Their fried rice special is a great deal! The large size comes w/ 2 eggs & choice of meat. Everyone is so friendly and even handled an order of 45 plates for 5:30am with no problem! I'll definitely be back!

Hubby, daughter and myself came here to get food since my daughter gets off at 12:30, so hubby got her a pork cutlet mini plate with a medium Dr. Pepper. It's a small hole in the wall place. No dine in due to covid which is what the sign says. I totally believe that covid isn't gone yet even though they lifted the mask rule on the island. We took her food to a park and she enjoyed her food although she complained of the soda tasting weird but she drank most of her soda. I have to come back to try food here and it's CASH only here so make sure you bring cash. Such a negative for me cause I don't carry cash lol but there's an ATM machine inside for your use. Parking is directly up front. Stalls usually open up when people leave.

Ordered a terriyaki burger and fries. Was not disappointed. You have to wear a face mask in the store. They only accept cash. You can call in advance and place an order for pick up, or order at the window. Waited less than 10 mins for my food.

I love the Roast beef with pickled onions! Great people and always fast! I'd recommend next time you're wanting take out and near Nimitz or Sand Island.
