I came here last night for a quick dinner. I waited to order while the lady was on the phone and ignored me. I should have left but I still ordered while she was talking on the phone. She gave me an attitude that I was bothering her. To top it off my food was awful. I guess this is what customer service nowadays wherever you go.

I have had better instant Pho out of the microwave for $1.50. The herds on the side were brown and did not even provide enough to properly complement the dish if I had chose to put in my Pho.

For this price in a food court and in Waikiki is great pho, May be is not super delicious, but price and quality is good. Person as cashier is not friendly, overall is you get meat lovers you will get a lot variety meat, if you will get for example just brisket will be not a lot. But overall again price and quality is matching in Waikik.

I mean… do I even need to say it? It’s the same as what the other people have been reporting. The attitude of the one employee is horrendous. I’m sorry they’re so unhappy that it literally seeps out into the general public. I don’t have that high of standards, but at least treat us like human beings.

This is one of the first place that I've tried after landing in the airport. We wanted to eat vietnamese food and this was the closest restaurant that we found near our hotel. I got the Saigon Special and we were unimpressed both by the looks and the taste. This didn't seem like authentic Vietnamese food, but it looks like different kinds of meats were just shove in to call it "Vietnamese" food. It wasn't good at all and for the price of it, we could've gone somewhere else.

Located on the 2nd floor in an open air mall. We had the chicken dumpling pho. It was served very hot with a nice flavor.
Being a local I wanted to try some pho on a cold rainy night during my staycation. Wanting to pick up something fast I went to pho factory. The menu looked pretty good and wanted to try it. I should have taken the no line with a packed foodcourt with the other food vendors with a long line as a red flag but I went with the fast and easy option. I asked for the cashiers opinion and settled after her telling me the oxtail soup was a better option than the combo pho ($6 better). After looking at the soup I noticed there was way more rice than soup/vegetables/oxtail. I counted 3 pieces (2 half oxtails and 1 small pieces without much meat). After asking the cashier if they only give 3 pieces, she confirmed they only give 3 pieces and proceeded to pull out the pieces to show me with a spoon. I asked if it was possible to have more since I paid $18 for rice with a side of oxtail soup, she rolled her eyes and went to go help another customer. Needless to say, I don’t recommend coming here. Walking to Panda Express now

How is this place even in business. I wish I had read the reviews before i ate there. Quality of food is simply unacceptable. The soup was cold, raw meat that just couldn’t cook in a cold broth. Yup, same cashier lady everybody talks about. Wow , she must be famous by now because she does not care about the service OR feedback whatsoever. How are they still in business? SMH.

I wanted to bring up the stars on this place. I know it's simple soup but I've had other pho in waikiki and this one had waaaaay more flavor. I enjoyed the broth. Fair prices for waikiki. I'd go back!

First and foremost: the food was just alright, the noodles and broth in our pho was surprisingly okay, but the meat was incredibly hard to chew and just seemed bad quality. That's fine, it was cheap and fast.Moving on to the service we received though...We ordered online take-out, and when we arrived to pick it up, there was nobody. That's fine, they were in the back maybe doing dishes or something, but when the lady at the restaurant did come to the counter, I said something like 'hello we are here to pick up our order', but the whole time she intentionally looked away (we were the only guests at their restaurant, no other customers) and didn't say anything back. She was purposefully ignoring us. Eventually I got her attention and she just kinda scrambled to hand me our order without saying a word or anything and sort of rushing us away. Listen, I'm not expecting immaculate 5-star service with fake smiles and fireworks from the food court, but the whole interaction just felt strange, awkward and borderline rude. The least you could do is look at us and acknowledge our existence instead of leaving us standing around wondering if we're going to get our food or not!!Overall, only go if you have a crazy craving for pho and this is the most convenient option, because there are far, far better places. If you do go, make sure to check out Penny's Malasada's right next door, they're pretty good.
