1000000% the best pho restaurant on Oahu. Legiiiiit flavor. I grew up in LA with some of the best pho restaurants everrrr. When I moved to oahu 15 years ago- I automatically thought there would be some legit pho restaurants but I found myself disappointed over and over again. I personally do think this is the best pho on island. Located in the cultural center makes it an easy accessible restaurant for anyone. The service is always so friendly and served really quick at least in my experience. I've been coming here ever since I was a kid and ill always come back as long as they're here.
