I got number 28 (beef, flank, tendon, tripe pho) and I thoroughly enjoyed and chowed down on that large bowl. Their portions are pretty big, with the additional garnishes. Their broth is pretty good by itself, but I love to add some spice/sauce. Service was quick and efficient, the interior was nice and giving hole-in-the-wall, and parking was relatively easy to find (limited spots tho). The next time I go there, I wanna try some non-pho items on their menu :))

The servers were really nice and the broth was good. Issue was we paid $6.50 for Vietnamese iced coffee and they filled up a little over half the cup and the rest was ice so that was gone in 3-4 sips. I ordered the pho 22 and there was maybe 2.5 pieces of flank. Really expensive pho considering there was not much meat or noodles.

The BEST pho spot. Me & my boyfriend have been coming here for years and pho Nina never disappoints. The noodles are always cooked to perfection (not too soft) and the broth is extremely flavorful. Our favorites:- rare meat pho - finger shrimp (a must try) - lemon chicken plate - bbq pork and spring roll vermicelli bowl T always gives us the best service and makes us feel at home, like we are part of his family.

One of my favorite pho places! This is nice family establishment, with one guy running front of house taking orders, bussing food, doing payments, and takeout. The pho is very good, nice clear broth with great flavor. What I really like about Pho Nina is they bring out really large platters of the veggie and herb sides, and he's given me a plastic baggie to take the remainder home. My favorite so far though is their bun mang vit (duck bamboo soup) which seems to only be offered on Fridays and Saturdays. The broth was so rich and came with the duck on the side with the great nuoc mam and ginger dipping sauce. The meat was pretty tender and plentiful. I can't wait to try their other non-pho dishes, like bun bo hue and banh canh. They'll sometimes have viet desserts available for purchase. There's metered street parking in the front, but also free parking behind the building.

Lunch with mom in Honolulu, Hawaii...It's been challenging...I'm trying to get mom to eat...She'll claim that she's tired, not hungry, too busy, or some other excuse...Today, it was "chilly" (68°F), overcast, and rainy. After some shopping, I asked mom if she wanted to eat pho... To my surprise, she agreed!I've had Pho Nina on my list of places to visit for a while. I forgot how I found out about this old school restaurant. I didn't know that there's a free small parking lot behind the building. I parked for 50 cents an hour right in front of the restaurant (in a metered stall) - so that mom didn't have to walk "far".Inside, the service was efficient and relatively friendly. The server's name was T... he introduced himself to the table next to ours. He told us that today was a good day for hot pho... He ended up being the cashier, too. There was another cheerful worker who brought our bowls of hot soup to us. T complimented him - he must be a new worker - and said he was a smart guy! That's nice!Mom ordered pho with tripe - the tripe came on the side in a small bowl. Mom said that there were only 2 long slices of tripe and lots of beef, but the pieces were "tough" and hard to chew. The fresh veggies that came with her meal were: culantro, basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and a wedge of lemon. The portions were generous!I ordered the Crab Noodles with steamed oong choi. Wow... it was deliciously excellent! At first, the red coloring on the top of the soup worried me, but it wasn't spicy! The noodles were chewy, and the broth had crab flavor! I put the oong choi in the soup to flavor it! Yum!Overall, it was a great experience! The big screen television was amusing... the male customers were all facing the same way because they were watching the news together, but sat apart... haha!

When you first walk in it gives me a mom and pop feel. Very simple and clean. Pho is the typical $16 for a medium here, but the broth is far from typical! It was very flavorful and savory. There was lumps of bone marrow along with whatever combination of meat you choose. They give a good amount of garnishes as well. Our friend suggested that we went have to come when they have duck. I guess it's on certain days, but the server said it does take time. The guy that served us is also the owner, who was very friendly. We will definitely come back! Hopefully I'll remember to take photos! ‍

I was introduced to Pho Nina by my friend who would always come here. Located on S. King St., it's definitely a hole in the wall but those are usually the best places!!I let my friend do the ordering since she always comes here. We shared a large photo with beef balls and sliced beef, spring rolls and shrimp fried rice. The pho broth had lots of flavor and their noodle is different from other pho places. I also love that their broth comes piping hot. The spring rolls and shrimp fried rice were simple but so good. It's a no frills pho place but food is legit! The owner is also super chill here.Parking is located in the back and surprisingly they have a good amount of parking or you can also park on the street. Pricing is super reasonable considering how expensive pho is at other places now. This is my new fav go to Vietnamese spot!

As soon as we walked in, the owners were using one of the tables to prep stuff. They had their little scale, bags, pots, sauces/seasonings. That whole scene just made it feel super authentic honestly. The counter-sunk praying altar in the back and all the Karaoke stuff just let me know it was legit.Spring rolls were really good, sauce was a bit sweet for my taste. (Prefer saltier/spicier) but I’m sure that’s to make it more palatable for the common haole. The pho is nice because they provide multiple options and mixes for the same price! The pho was great and a lot of herbs were provided, which I love! Most items were around $15+ range which is to be expected of Hawaii. Free parking in the back, and metered street parking in the front on king st. (Free on Sunday’s/holidays)Great experience over all!

Pho Nina is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant for 3 reasons. Flavors are always consistent and well-balanced. It's not too heavy and not too light. The bowl sizes are generous, and they're portions generous. Because I'm able to eat more than a normal serving, I like that they have an XL bowl for people like me. The restaurant is small with 10 or so tables. If it's full, usually a 10 minute wait or sooner before a table opens up.Restroom is located in the back by their kitchen.
