lol I called at 1:50pm & placed a delivery order. They said 2:25 it should be at the place by then. They called and said there’s a delay because of whoever is doordashing. They said about 3:15pm so I was like okay it’s fine. They called again and said another delay & said it will be by 5pm lol so I canceled right away because why would I wait another 2 hours lol.

Hello employees at this Pizza Hut Express. I am greatly disappointed in my recent order and meal from earlier this very day. I found several tiny flies alongside my pepperoni, though I did not add that as an option. I will accept a refund plus 50%, as had I not noticed this my life could have been put at risk, but should you not I can and will press charges. So...$30 for a pizza and cinnobuns..not too bad. but what gets me is that they make you pay for ranch! i'm military, so i'm going through a rough patch right now with money..$.75 for ranch.. no. that needs to change. at least let one be free.

Ordered a medium pizza it cost 22$ when it got to my residence I opened the box and the pizza looked disgusting, and it looked like they took an old pizza added a bunch of grease and just reheated it

I'm not a big fan of pizza, but Pizza Hut in Salt Lake has made me OBSESSED with pizzas. I live all the way in Big Island, but I come to this location, because the customer service is great! This amazing worker with cool hair put one extra pepperoni on my pizza, so I could share it with one more friend!

I made an order online, and was given an approximate delivery time of 20-30 minutes. The pizzas and order came a little over an hour after ordering. The delivery guy called before leaving the shop and then was very apologetic explaining another driver was delayed which caused our delay. We understood and no harm. When I opened the pizza, the super supreme looked weird - I took a bite and realized there wasn't any cheese. I checked the rest of the order and things looked ok - the bread sticks did not have marinara but I wasn't sure if it still came with marinara. The boneless wings didn't have sauce on parts but that was an easy fix I flipped them around. I called the main line because that was the number associated with my confirmation email. When I spoke to the customer service representative - she sounded as if she had food in her mouth. Gave her my number and told her I was calling about an order. She looked it up and I told her the pizza didn't have cheese. She told me when I out in the order online I ordered no cheese. Told her that was done in error - she asked if I still had the full product I explained I have the majority with a slice missing a bite. She said well, you ordered it without cheese. I told her it's up to them if they want to fix it, they were 30 minutes late delivering and I already told her that ordering without cheese was an error. She then gave a delayed response where I told her again, you can fix it or I will just not order anymore. She told me that was my choice. I hung up. Here's my thing - my confirmation only states two speciality pizzas - no details. If a customer has been patient with your errors perhaps you should be kind and fix the error. I was a faithful pizza but customer for years and your service went down. I switched to papa John's and only returned because my daughter likes your pasta. Thanks for making it clear that my business isn't important. We will no longer order any Pizza Hut.

Why is the designated smoking area less than 10 feet away from the front door. I'm with my 2 kids waiting for our food and 2 employees are taking up 1/4 table that are right in front of the store. There was another group of people who were trying to enjoy their pizza but they kept getting hit with 2nd hand cancer. They have a cigarette butt collector and everything set up. 2 stars because the food is still good.
It was a night like no other.... I lit some candles, ran some warm bath water and turned the lights on low. Slowly I walked towards the lightly lit hallway and felt a cool gentle breeze on my face. The breeze was warm and welcoming..... it felt like I was home again...... what you just read was a description of how pizza hut makes you feel. Overall, would recommend.

I'm so glad that they opened up a Pizza Hut again in Stadium Mall. It's not a restaurant, but an express location for carry out. The workers were really nice when we came to pick up our pizza we ordered and they're fast too. It's a super convenient location to grab and go, especially if you're tailgating at the stadium. Went to the Waianae Pizza Hut, no buffet- I think they're afraid of Hawaiians and a buffet like they offer in more genteel (not brown skinned) locations. Didn't have the pasta we wanted. The pizza and chicken wings were pretty good.

Quick, Easy and Delicious! Just a quick grab and go pizza spot. They also have other snacks like PPP corn and icees but should also try the Alfredo pasta and garlic bread they sell. Live nearby so I frequently stop by for a quick pizza.

Convenient having this inside the Salt Lake Target store. The cashiers are fast and friendly. Whenever there's a Cartwheel app deal going on, the cashiers let you know about it so you can save a lil dinero
