This was in the middle of a mall, with cafeteria style poor quality food. The entertainment was amazing. Don't buy tickets save 120.00 and watch from the mall 2nd floor balcony and go to the food court. Complete rip

Any bad reviews have had the same response from the owner. I wish I could say I was amazed but it was absolutely terrible and I hate leaving a review as such. For someone that lives here I can't believe this is what guests are left thinking a Luau is. PARADISE COVE is same price and is definitely more intimate setting than Queen's Luau. Now let's get into your settings your paying to sit in a mall setting that onlookers cheer from above without paying the 163$ that everyone else paid. Not to mention debris fell from above as it was not ment for a dining environment nothing protects you from onlookers dropping trash, gum and falling leaves from the trees into your food. Staff was annoyed when asking if any dishes had peanut or peanut butter in the vegetable curry. I was yelled at "it's just vegetables take it or leave it." Not the Aloha welcome that was discussed in the prayer circle. Parking was not validated like mentioned in the email so that was 32$. I'm mortified that when receiving my drinks that if I left a 5* review I would be rewarded with a free drink...this is why they are 4.7 stars rated they are bribing guests for subpar food, service, and lack of concern over food allergies. This is a very corrupted company and I'm terribly sorry for anyone that uses this company for a luau. I sincerely hope that this is not where they will host our company luau at, please do not go here there are much much better venues with polite attentive staff.Dietary restrictions: Also when someone is inquiring about if any peanut or peanut oil is in a dish you should not be yelled by staff "that it's just vegetables, " I can clearly see that it was vegetable curry but wanted to make sure it's not a peanut based curry. As someone who has worked in the service industry allergies are very important to pay attention to, I could not belive that was acceptable.

I booked based on price and proximity to our hotel (walking distance). I didn't realise that was in the middle of a mall, which is barricaded off. It was a bit odd that people could look down at the show for free when we paid have our seat there. In saying that for interactive, my daughter my daughter love to trying all the different things, the service was amazing and it was a great experience in showing off all the cultures around the Pacific. The food was really good, as someone with dietary I wish I checked in the lead up what I could and couldn't eat. But it was all pretty delicious. The two free drinks are just soft drinks so make sure you bring money for the bar if you want to buy a drink noting they don't take cash. There was a real build to the fire aspect of the show and it was a really fun evening.Thank you for a great night, it's been the highlight of our trip so far.

Queens Waikiki luau is a very nice experience. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere feels very inviting. We loved the history behind the culture of a luau and the music is beautiful. Aloha!!Kid-friendliness: The kids really enjoyed joining in on the luau experience and being able to participate in the activities.

Great Luau experience, filled with high spirits, compassion, kindness, humour and community feels.COMMUNITY: Felt very warm and inviting.ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair, pram and walker accessible which was great for a number of guests. Toilets located a minute or so from the closed off area.LOCATION: In the heart of Waikiki, a minute or so up from the beach in what I think may be the world's largest open mall, it's absolutely gorgeous. Worth arriving early for and walking around in.FOOD: Great selection of vegetarian, vegan meat and gluten free options. I enjoyed rice and vegetarian curry with salad and fruit salad and drinks.OVERALL: Great experience worth around: $150USD each. I'd encourage folks to get involved in the activities (staff, poi, musical instruments etc).

Not sure if I will recommend it to anyone. You’re sitting in the middle of the mall and everyone else is watching from the outside.
