The Server did a great job but restaurant was understaffed. The salmon was dry, almost overcooked and it took over half an hour to get the food. Some of the food was no longer hot and the restaurant was almost empty. Perhaps management needs to up their game.

Had wait a long time to order, food came; Steak was dry and hard to cut. Man at the desk seemed to be very confused about what he was doing. There were no refills on water while eating. There is no quality at all.Parking: Tried to validate, but when leaving the parking area, the machine could not read the code for validation. Security had us pay as if the validation worked.

It was good. The service gets a 2 in a half for me because the staff certainly took their time to bring the food out. I understand they have a lot of customers (especially because we went during a busy weekend [Easter]), but they still took a while. We got seated at 5 pm, and our food didn't come out until almost 6:30 pm.Kid-friendliness: The staff was so sweet to my little niece that we took with us. The staff didn't ignore her and gave her attention accordingly (which might give her a big head later), but she loved it. Good service. They did take a while to bring out the food. So long, in fact, that my niece even told us, "it's taking so long."

Order what you want without worrying about the price lol It's so delicious ♥️ The grilled broccoli that comes with it is American style.To pay, you only have to bring your credit card with you. I paid ¥17,686 with a debit card for the additional sales tax, and ¥3,538 with a 20% tip at a later date.Although it's a bit expensive, it's a tourist spot price. The cheddar cheese scone that comes with it is devilishly delicious. Overall delicious. Thank you for the meal?

My review is about an online order and pickup experience. The online order was easy and the food was good, but the pickup experience was bad. I walked in to the restaurant and the hostess was busy seating people, which is totally fine. I looked around for a sign indicating a pickup area and found a "TO GO" sign near the bar, so I went back there and waited a little ways from the bar where there was a short line of what seemed to be other people waiting for online orders to be brought out. The bartender was helping some other people, so I thought I would wait until she was done and maybe she would be the one to get my order because, after all, she was behind a large TO GO sign. As I was waiting, I overheard a seated customer say to the bartender "it looks like you're a little backed up; you can help those people in line" and she dismissively waived her hand and said "oh they're just here to pick up" and went back to bartending. I was floored. She never acknowledged the customers waiting in line behind a sign that said TO GO and just figured someone else would help them. She could have easily directed us to go somewhere else or talk to someone else if it was not her responsibility to handle to-go orders. Eventually, I went back up to the hostess and asked about online pickups and she radioed to the back and someone handed me a bag within 10 seconds. Whoever is running this restaurant should make online order pickups more clear and a better experience for customers.
