I ordered the monster which is similar to a Philly cheese steak. I like this location because of parking and good service.

First time trying this subway on Fort Street Mall. used the App. My other two Subway places downtown indicated veggie patty unavailable. Had my doubts as soon as I walked in, the place was empty, no customers a bad sign. One of the workers was having a snack or early lunch when I walked in, she peeked out from other room and licked her fingers as if finishing up some scrumptious meal. Hope she didn't make my sandwich with those fingers. Luckily a different lady gave me my order. The veggie patty looked and tasted old--dried and discolored on the edges, looked like he was leftover from two days ago. It was not fresh. Wont visit again.

Avoid this location if you possibly can! The service is exceedingly poor from the staff, in the location itself, all the way up to the owner. I had issues with the "sandwich artist" not knowing what was on their series sandwiches (taking ingredients off of a sandwich and putting it back in with the rest of the ingredients essentially contaminating them all), not being able to process payments correctly (it took 3 people and they never figure it out), and then being blamed for the staff not knowing how to do their jobs by the owner. And the cherry on top was the sauce bottles looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week. Again if you are not starving to death you are better off anywhere else.

As someone who used to work at subway and also has been to most of the subways on the island I can say with 100% certainty that this is the best one to go to. This is the only subway I ever go to,It's so so clean and the service is really fast. I Highly reccomend.

Well Apparently the Multi-Grain is the healthiest bread available here and that is good to know, baby. For Soft soft drinks options there are (2) two: fountain drinks or bottled option.

No more "sub of the day" specials as of this review writing. Service and workers have been "hit and miss" over the last few months. It's an older workforce than previous. One lady rushes to put on your toppings, another doesn't speak to you when you make your sauce and spices selection. With sub of the day, my lunch with drink and chips came out to under $7. Today I paid close to $10. At that price point, I'd prefer to support local and do the sub place across the street.

This subway is clearly incompetent with the mobile order aspect. Every time I order on the app, something is missing. I ordered a turkey italiano sub twice (two weeks apart) and each time I only get turkey. I keep giving them a shot at redemption because they're close to my work place, but I'm willing to walk further to avoid such incompetence. They even missed my olives on my last order and I don't understand how when the receipt says olives. Reading is fundamental but I guess that's not required to work here.

They don't wash their hands here! I went into purchase a sandwich. Before I ate it, I went to the restroom and I ran into the lady who was making my sandwich. She went to the stall to do her business. The lady came out as I was washing my hands. She did not stop to wash her hands. She just left! You'd think during COVID, businesses would enforce employees to wash their hands, but nope. I tossed my sandwich right after. If your food tastes a bit weird, you now know why.

They make the neatest yet fully loaded subs! Some of the other subway franchise are stingy; this one isn't (or at least, the particular sandwich artist who makes my sandwich). Be nice to the people who handle your food. The picture is after I tore the other 6 inch; second lunch in 3 hours. Delish! Thank you!

I've bought 4 separate sandwiches and they have messed up every single one of them. There's no reason to even customize your sandwich because they put whatever they want on them, and leave out whatever. Id advise making sure you have everything on your sandwich before leaving. On that note, I've never gotten sick from the meat or anything, which has earned them 2 stars..

After seeing how stingy they were, I asked for (and paid for) double meat. Basically got less than I would normally get at a regular subway. Was basically eating bread with cheese.

I come here prior to rush hour which is before 11/11:30. They are open really early so if I'm on my way to get coffee next door, it's really convenient to already pick up a sandwich if i have a busy schedule ahead. Aunty working is really sweet. My sandwich is never on the daily sale.. Subway please change that! My usual order: Club on wheat, American cheese, light mayo, lettuce only, vinegar, oil, and pepper, YUM! I would like to see Corn chowder soup on the Soup of the Day. Lately I have tried and binged clam chowder soups so I'll be back to finally try that lol.
