Well... Crystal was assisting me with my sandwich and I ask her which bread was the best for low carb and she was very friendly and helpful and as you can see i had lots of Veggies... and she did not look like a chronic so NIKKI M. you should becareful how you choose ur wording on YELP coz you are slandering innocent workers by JUDGING them... You should be BAN from YELP!!!! Sounds like to me ur RACIST and a MISERABLE person

At this Subway location, I was surprised to find that a footlong sandwich costs $18, which seemed quite expensive. However, when I visited a different Subway, I ordered the same item and was pleasantly surprised to discover that it was only $14. This price difference left me intrigued and wondering what might account for the variation in cost between the two locations.

Crystal was rude, snarky, sarcastic and argumentative. Nastiest experience I've ever had at a Subway. Probably a convict and is why she thinks this is ok. Horrible service, light on ingredients, very bad attitude. She clearly hates her life and should not be allowed to touch food or interact with customers. 22$ for a foot long w extra bag of chips and large drink. Pretty sure she's pocketing the difference or something equally shady. Steer clear of this place. Shocked they're allowed to do business with a chronic for an employee. Beware!

The owner and his team are 100% ALOHA! Healthy, Fresh and delicious!!!Just the way you like it you get it! You customize your meal each time!!! They even have convenient delivery through Uber Eats!!! Don't forget those magically delicious gooey chewy chocolatey fresh baked cookies!!!

I paid $9.16 for a SIX INCH TUNA SANDWICH TODAY! I was in shock! The one on the corner of Punahou and King is $6.76. I asked why and was told that all Subways are different. Bc I don't waste food, I took it, and told him "well there goes your tip" I'll never go back there! I could have gotten a gourmet Turkey sandwich from Machetes for $2 more! The owner is ripping you off, pay attention to pricing and try other nearby locations, bc this one is a rip-off! Shame on the owner!

The cleanliness and freshness of goods should turn you away. I keep trying to give this place a chance as it is close to home for me..but this is one of the times to 'let live and let go'.Aside from the sandwich artists shirt grazing my sandwich while preparing my food...the vegetables and meats looked like they weathered a storm, the food taste like it too. Hmph. They even butchered their cookies. It was as stale as a cardboard box. Just...stay away...head to Peppa's next door for some KBBQ instead.

Big d*** local kid and old local woman were so indifferent when we walked in. They barely acknowledged us and looked irritated as we decided on our toppings. They kept talking to each other and we would have to interrupt them to continue with our order. If you don't like to serve customers then go work in a warehouse or something. Don't take your shitty life choices out on the customers. This is by far the worst Subway I have ever been to. This franchise should be given to someone who will try to make this a place where you feel welcome

I wosh i could give mo stars. Horrible service from owner no greeting very rude and curt with customer. When i asked why he was being so mean to me he said thats the way he is. I needed to understand thats how he talks...reallly is it acceptable to treat customers especially a first time one like that. And he even has a sign at the register that they have the right to refuse service to rude people...well what about the one behind the counter. Subway you are spending millions of dollars on a tv campaign to promote your refresh branding but you have owners like this...it would also help if the plaxo was clean...and the bread was cooked correctly and fresh check the picture .sorry you just lost me to Jersey Mike's who treated me with respect and as a valued customer. You know i am the most patient and humble customer and very appreciative of employees . But not this one

Three and a half. Always the same and always consistent. I just enjoy a simple sandwich with all the fixings that I didn't have to clean and prep! The ladies behind the counter were nice and friendly and made a nice sandwich. I can't say there is anything impressive about subway sandwiches, but they're simple and filling.
