It is a very small shop but the service was great and the portions were on the larger size. It is within walking distance of many of the shops. And it was very clean and well managed. Well done.
It’s funny, I read just about everyone else’s reviews and they were treated so kindly however when my black family showed up one of the ladies refused to serve us. She walked off when got to counter and another lady had to come out and help us. She got food for our sandwiches from the back. Worst experience ever at subway. There’s another subway further up the street I would recommend if you’re ever in Waikiki area. They even have the nerve to have a sign saying they have the right to refuse service to anyone like what business feels they need to say that, how welcoming. I know it probably doesn’t matter how poorly they make food and treat people because they’re in such a highly touristy area with inconsistent customers everyday but still kindness a very long way.

First time here and it wasn't the best experience. Got there around 8:20 but there closing says 9:00! As we walked in, everything was put away. Mind you there open sign and sign outside we're on. The guy and the old lady working there did not say a word so I proceeded to say "are you guys still open, can we order?" As the guy walks away the older lady starts to help out but was very rude and her attitude was just not it. As we're placing our order the guy SLAMS the door shut right next to us and I was like what is going on DEFINITELY felt like they did not want us there, they could've said there closed and we would've gladly found somewhere else to eat! We're usually big tippers, FIRST TIME I've never gave a tip. I would not recommend this place if you want bad customer service.

The lady who made my sandwich was so kind and patient. She made sure to add all the ingredients I liked and had so many fun stories to share about Korea town. Awesome place.Kid-friendliness: Super kind worker!!!
Staff is absolutely amazing my best-friend and I are visiting from california and this is the best service we have had in a long time. The lady who helped us worked so hard and quick especially considering she was by herself. Don’t walk but run to this subway!

The lady told me it was $37 and change for two tuna footlongs, two bottled vitaminwaters and three cookies. She didn’t give a receipt. My bank shows a $42 and change charge. Do the math. She ripped me off. Do NOT trust any business in hawaii! They will rip you off. Most have no integrity or honor. Once she left Japan she lost all her honor! I hope she rots in ….! Crook.
