THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A SUBWAY I HAD EVER HAD. First, upon entering, I stand in line, there was clearly no one else standing in line. Apparently a girl came in before me, but was sitting down at a table and did not say she was in line. I asked her and she said, go ahead as I stand in line. It is my turn. The lady in the front insisted on helping the girl behind me who told me I could go before her , instead of helping me, the lady insisted again to help the girl who was behind me because she was there before me, but again that girl clearly said that I could go first. So I told the girl it's fine just go and then the lady helped her . That didn't really bother me until it was my turn to order. I ordered a foot-long spicy Italian toasted as soon as my sandwich came out of the oven. She immediately put it lettuce, tomato onions I did not even ask for it on my sandwich. I also told her I wanted the other half with everything but pickles and the other half with certain items she put pickles on the sandwich when that was what I said I did not want. I don't eat onions on my half of the sandwich and I was so upset because the first thing she did was put lettuce tomato onions without me even asking and now I have onions in my sandwich because she put that in there and I did not want it. I did not ask for it. I'm just so upset.I have never had anyone ever start putting things in my sandwhich before I even say anything. I told her can you cut my sandwich because I don't want ranch on one side. She didn't listen to me and now there is ranch on the other half of the sandwich because she used the same knife. So disappointed, I'm never coming to this subway again, I come to this one pretty often because it's closer for me but I really don't find driving farther to the dillingham one if that's the case!!!!

The worst service ever !!! Had the spicy Italian. The lady placed 1 piece layer of pepperoni & 1 piece layer of Salami. I had to asked the lady to put more lettuce on my sand which like 5x. Why? Because she would sprinkle (SPRINKLE) little bits of lettuce on my sandwich. She was pinching the lettuce and sprinkle 4-5 pieces across my sand which -_- after the fifth round of asking for more lettuce and an eye roll from the lady I decided to move on to my next veggie. TOMATOES. She only placed 3 tomatoes on my sand which -_- had to ask for more. Moved on to the next veggie, olives and I swear to go she sprinkled again only 4 pieces of olives on my sand which .... At this moment I gave up. I wanted to walk out so bad. I kept saying "please" used my customer service voice (I'm in the customer service field) and was even patient with her during this whole process. She just wouldn't budge and it felt like I was asking "too much" from her. I was the only person In line too and she was rushing to make a sand which that she couldn't even make properly. I really don't do these whole review post but this was the most horrible service & work ethnic skills (can be worked on, everyone has room to improve!). The lady was an Asian sister (I'm Filipino/Mexican) and she's always there. Please train her to be better!!! Working at subway means your an sand which ARTIST, making a sandwich the way you'll love it, making ART. This shouldn't be hard or too much to ask for.... Thank youuu!

Ordered online as a pick up and whole order was wrong. Little to no sauce, wrong bread, other veggies added that I didnt order. First and last time ordering from there.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I placed an order through the Subway App. It was delivered by DoorDash. My order was missing an item. I contacted DoorDash and Subway customer service about the missing item in my order. Someone from Subway's customer service team emailed me back saying that they would refund my full order but I would need to go in to the store location I purchased the order from. Ok, I go into the store and there is a lady at the register asking me questions about what happened. I answer her questions and I gave her a copy of my receipt and showed her the email I recieved. She didn't really understand, so she called a guy who I assume is a manager to help me. The guy was helpful, at least. He gave me a cash refund and then told me "bye," rushing me out of the store. You think it's over, right? No. The lady comes out of the store, comes straight to me and starts yelling at me that I should have just come into the store so they could replace my order instead of me emailing customer service. I calmly explain to her that I used the Subway App to place my order, hence the order was a delivery. I ORDERED A DELIVERY BECAUSE I WASN'T ABLE TO COME IN STORE, LIKE HELLO CRAZY LADY! And then, to top it off, this lady storms off into the store angrily and yells at me " YOU'RE SO LUCKY!" Like seriously, I would give this store ZERO STARS after that negative experience, but I did get my money back; that was the only decent thing about this visit. Ugh... never coming to this Subway again!!!!

They no longer have kids meals or even a smaller sandwich than 6" for little ones. They had very few options for chips as well.

This particular Subway is an unfortunately great place to go when you have very limited options. The subs are Subway good. There's no denying it. Customers are asked what type of sandwich they would like as soon as they get to a certain spot in the line. Prompt service! Unfortunately, that's where it breaks down. At times the sandwiches are nice and neat. More often than not, the subs are thrown together I. A rushed fashion where the items you specify are haphazardly tossed on the bread with uneven distribution and a devil may care attitude. Once they are through manhandling your future "meal", they sometimes cut your sub all the way through! No tearing of your sandwich in half like the last few times. All in all, Subway is perfectly adequate when you have nowhere else to go.

Very rude and unprofessional lady at the front. I assume she is the owner. She was upset that I used a Subway reward for my meal and started scolding me. She then demanded why she hasn’t seen me before and where exactly I worked. Very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I would take your business to a different Subway.

Came in here and got a tuna sandwich. I don't get all the veggies on my sandwich just pickles and olives but extra of both . Gave me too little so I asked if she could give a little more Olives and pickles and all she did was add two more of each. So greedy. I didn't think it would be a big deal to give me extra since I don't get much on my sandwich. This was the worst subway sandwich and service I've ever received I didn't even get a thank you.. Will never return to this location.

This subway has the worst customer service in the world. Didn't get greeted when we came in and on top of that they don't know there sandwiches that are on the menu, they rush through everything and barley ask you what you want on your sandwich. I recommend never coming to this subway ever again. Rank 0 stars

Came here today with a coworker. She wanted 3 sauces (honey mustard, mayonnaise, and sweet onion) she was told no for the sweet onion because that was to much sauce already! EXCUSE ME! My husband at other subways gets everything on it with NO COMPLAINTS! I order my sandwich and ask for olives I got 4 pieces!!! We will never come here again!!! If I could I'd give 0 stars!!!

The Owner/Manager of this location has a very genuine interest that your order is always fresh, fast, friendly and accurately made to order and that you always receive great customer service with aloha.

I ordered the turkey, bacon and guacamole signature wrap out of the 3 that they have. The other 2 are a savory steak and cheese, a rotisserie style chicken caesar wrap. I took the 2 oatmeal raisin cookies instead of the chips and a Minute Maid lemonade for a drink. It had plenty turkey, crispy bacon, guacamole spread, all the veggies and a soft tortilla. It was a good and healthy lunch.

You guys gave me the wrong sandwich! I asked for sweet onion chicken teriyaki but I got tuna. I know it was busy but pay attention to what your customer order.

Quick lunch. Stopped in and parked right in front. Walked straight to the counter to order, no line:) Ordered the daily special Tuna sub and added a bowl of Tomato Basil soup. Was out of there in 5 minutes. The work crew was very nice and fast. Back at the office, the soup was still hot and very delicious. Tuna Sub with just lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers (very simple) hit the spot. Brain food ready and alert to finish off the day at work strong.
