I have been a customer here for a long time. MULTIPLE times I have asked MULTIPLE employees to wash their hands after using the register and touching cash. Today I visited and the employees were on break and simply used water to "wash" their hands without using soap. I tried to be nice and do this the right way, but I'm disgusted at this point. This owner obviously does NOT care about proper hygiene.

Let me start by saying thank you so much for opening on Sundays at 8am! Since 2021, I started run / walking from Kahala Mall to Manoa Market place for marathon training and had breakfast at the McDonalds. After an epiphany and a workplace workplace bet in June 2023, I discovered the Subway app and found mobile ordering to be a godsend. I'm thankful and grateful that this Subway restaurant opens at 8:00am on Sundays and I usually now have breakfast in between those Sunday miles. Most of my online orders come from my ordering maybe 15 to 20 minutes away while I'm heading towards Mānoa marketplace. During that time it usually takes about 15 minutes from the ordering process to having it ready for pick up, so it usually is ready by the time I get to Mānoa marketplace. The only cautionary thing you would need to do is. You'd have to order right when it opens so you can get it 15 to 20 minutes later. I'm sure that they do enjoy the business. For the most part though, it is awesome that Subway has this mobile ordering system, and that the app is easy to use and definitely a timesaver and awesome as well. All my SUBWAY® experiences here at this Mānoa marketplace took maybe 5 minutes tops, including filling up the fountain drink with ice. Only time that they actually called me was that they were out of the bread that I requested, which was last Sunday, 9/24/2023. It was interesting but definitely okay. The overall experience here at this Subway location at Manoa Marketplace was very nice and awesome. Now they know who I am because I mobile order practically every Sunday now, which is cool. No, they don't ask for my name on the order they just hand-deliver it to me. Subway restaurants is known for their Subway sandwiches, which can be healthy or unhealthy, depending on what you put on it and what you put on it. I usually go for the spicy Italian, but I learned that the meats involved are very processed, so I decided to have turkey ham to win the workplace weight loss bet. I eventually gravitated toward tuna, because it is a favorite of mine, even though the mix it in with mayonnaise. I guess that's a compromise I'm going to take. Spoil alert: I lost about half inch off my waist, which basically giving me the win for the vet. I learned that healthy eating does make a difference, and Subway helps provide that with each every meal and sensible diet and exercise. The restaurant itself is clean and definitely the ambience was quite nice. They have couple of tables for customers to dine in, but there's also tables outside in Mānoa marketplace for anyone in the public to enjoy and dine there too. Everything is fresh here so you can watch them while they make your sandwich unless you mobile order it. You can say how much or how little of anything you want, and that's a good thing. This subway restaurant is located at the Mānoa marketplace shopping center. His physical address is on Woodlawn Drive. It is next door to the Fendu boulangerie and other shops. Also nearby is the US post office. They sent major credit cards as well as cash. If you use the mobile ordering system on their app, you pay during check out. Their app is quite nice, since they have a loyalty program which earns you discounted sandwiches. For each dollar you spend you get an appropriate amount of points. As long as you get enough points, you can't get a discount of two dollars off your next purchase. You can stack it to where you can get $10 off and get basically a free sandwich if you choose to, but you would have to spend a lot here to get that. As far as parking goes, the Mānoa marketplace shopping center has plenty of parking. But best bet Is to get here early to avoid the morning or afternoon rush. If you are like me, bus route 6 comes to the area and stops along East Mānoa Rd near the Manoa Starbucks and it is quite convenient actually. And so, if you decide on being healthy or just a quick meal, consider this Subway restaurant if you're in the area. The service is nice and friendly. It's usually a treat to

Ordered my sandwich through the app and used the buy one get one footling coupon. My payment was processed and upon arrival I am told they cancelled my order because management does not allow the use of the coupon. Drove out of my way to get the deal only to be disappointed. What a waste of gas. Poor management and ownership at this location. I feel bad for the kids working at this subway as they provided excellent customer service and probably had to deliver the unfortunate news to many hopeful customers. Keep up the good work!Poorly managed subway and never coming back.

There was something so special about watching the sandwich artist, Adam, make sandwiches for me and the two dads ordering in front of me taking their daughters out for lunch. It felt like a family atmosphere. Adam was cool because I told him the quad meat "beast" sandwich was looking very intense on the menu. Especially since it's name. And then he was kind enough to redirect my eyes to the supreme meats which is the mvp. I'll have to try that for next time. This time I had him build a beautiful turkey 6 inch. It was mouthwatering. Maybe I'll have to try again next time and get the foot long supreme meats. Thanks Adam! You're beautiful Adam and I love your personality. You're a VERY EFFICIENT EMPLOYEE because there was no one else visibly working and I did not even have to wait long with a very full lobby. "Oh no, oh no, OH YEAH" - kool aid guy- was there too it felt like. Awesome and unique trip to the submarina today. If only I had brought my pool stick. I hope everyone enjoyed the masterpiece sandwitches today that they ordered because I know I did. Fabulous art, Adam. You got the meats.

"We gotta guy coming in"I forgot to order a sandwich from an earlier stop, so I returned. Business says open til 8 so I hurried and got there at 7:45."We're closed. Sorry"I looked at my watch and looked back."We gotta guy coming in" Not sure what that meant, but based on all the food bins being closed they were well underway of shutting down. It came across as a couple of kids shutting down early because business was slow.TERRIBLE experience. Won't be back...and i live nearby.

This is my go to Subway in Manoa. The service is good, quick and friendly. There're a a few tables to sit down and eat. Also there's ample parking in the market place.

I always get the meatball sub since it feels more special than the cold cut sandwiches. It’s tasty but a bit expensive for fast food. Service is ok.

haven't been treated as a valued customer at the manoa subway shop. had a $15 gift card that i tried to use for a buy 1 get another at 50% off bill came out to $16.64. asked if i could use the gift card then pay the difference but was denied. i payed with a visa for $16.64. went in a week later to use the $15 on my gift card. ordered asandwich for $8.01 but was told that my card was empty. on the 1st visit the cashier rubber off the pin # 25087479 card # 6299 4416 1409 1083. i was given no assistance as to how to correct error. they cashier just brushed my off and wouldn't provide any further assistance. very rude!!! i will never ever visit another subway shop again!!!posted complaintes with action line.filed complaints with the better business bureau.will never go to subway manoa ever again!!!

They wouldn't let me make the slightest change in what was in my sandwich. I had to accept exactly what they wanted. I won't be going back.

My husband and I ordered a foot long and the first prepper started the preparation. After toasting it, it was handed over to the second prepper who completed our subway. THEN with the gloves still on, she rang up our order and took our money! When she was done I told her that she needs to take her gloves off while handling money and touching the register. She kinda smiled and took her gloves off-after the fact!! So a word to the wise: pay close attention to the sandwich makers! AND, suffice to say, we ain't going there anymore!

Typical subway items. This is a decent location, clean and overall friendly staff. Lots of parking as well.

Schedule says they open at 7am and I go to pick up our guests breakfast wraps and she says they don't open until 9am. You should change entire hours properly
