I went in to grab some hand sanitizer. There was mold in the container and I regret everything. Stay away!

Decided to come to this location to redeem my buy one footlong get one for free deal that is offered when ordering through their app. Ordering through there was extremely easy, allowing the customer to customize their sandwich based on which condiments they preferred and also how much of each one. All you have to do to redeem the deal is to enter the provided code during checkout. I got the chicken teriyaki on Italian herbs and cheese with all the veggies, mayo, mustard,oil and vinegar. The abundant amounts of sweet chicken really offset the savory toppings very well and the bread tasted soft and freshly baked, like it had come right out of the oven.I had to deduct a star however, because the supreme Italian meat sub barely had any mayo in it, even though I had asked them to put a decent amount in it.

Dumpy with poor service. Will not go back. Go to the Subway on the mall perimeter 200 yards away for much better service and atmosphere or go to Jimmy John's.

Employees didn't know ingredients included in sandwich price, upcharge for every vegetable and no water available, only pay for bottled water. I've been to hundreds of subways across the country and this was the worst experience of all time. Broken chairs, dirty tables, dirty floor, old boxes in the dining room. This location is fired. 0/10 do not recommend.

I had a coupon for $1.00 off footlong sub and ask the girl which subs it applied to and after ordering one of them I proceeded to pay but wasn’t allowed to use it on register because the girl said it expired. When I looked at the coupon after paying I notice that it was good for 11 days more and wasn’t expiring till the 24th and it was only the 13 th of the month. Very disappointed with my experience and will not be going back again. Jersey Mikes is much better.

Subway used to be my favorite sandwich shop to eat at but their restaurants have become such a disappointment in my opinion. I used to be able to walk into a subway shop and order the kind of sandwich I like, with kind of veggies/sauces I like; now, I have to order from the pre-made menu and if I do, I can't add/subtract any veggies. I think I'll be eating at a different sandwich shop from now on. So disappointed!
