I just got my order & the service was terrible. I got the opposite of what I wanted. The Korean lady was so helpful the last time I went but today it was just awful. There was no line but they still manage to get my sandwich wrong, like how?

Workers are nice but don't speak English that well. Asked about mobile ap not able to order pastrami sandwich..she seems not to understand me.

Yep- this is the new sandwich that's advertised on tv & this is what I got! And when I pointed out she forgot the vegetables to add, she just srared at me.

Do not go to this subway unless you really want the worst subway sandwich. They don't honor specials, they give you the bare minimum toppings and the breads are really small. The 2 times i went there the husband and wife must be the owners because the lady barely puts anything on the sandwich. 2 thin slices of cucumber, maybe 5 olives, couple peppers. What a ripoff! These type of places should not be supported! Never to go back.

Ordered 2, 6inch BLTs: 1 add mustard and cheese; 1 add onion, light mayo, light oil.Ordered these via phone for 6:50pm pickup today, 2/23/22.Just went to eat sandwich and this is what I got…I can’t do anything until tomorrow when the store opens bc they closed at 7pm but I am going to ask for a refund because that’s just ridiculous ??♀️
My friend wanted a sandwich for lunch so we decided to go to this Subway as it was on the way to our office. There were two employees that helped us and both were friendly and made our sandwiches to our liking. No hassle and good service. The sandwiches ordered were the chicken bacon ranch in a spinach wrap, the roasted chicken in a pita, cold cut trio on wheat bread, and tuna sandwich on white bread. All sandwiches were made well, everything was fresh, and all tasted good. There was no line when we got there and we got our orders rather quickly. I noticed that the prices went up but I know that prices are going up everywhere.

Zero stars if I could. No way was the 6" sandwich 6". The bread was undercooked, only slightly brown and flat. The lettuce was old and brown. We are never going back to this Subway. Don't waste your time or money.
