Well it's so rare I give a 1 star review. My friend and I decided to catch a movie at Kāhala mall. Movie was at 8 and we had purchased tickets ahead of time. She arrive at this place at 645 sat at bar waiting for a booth - I arrived right after she was seated at 7. She let them know we were seeing 8pm movie. My friend ordered a cocktail. The bartender knows how to make a martini !!! My friend had been here before with bad service and experiences. It's was the only place w a seat last night before the movie. However she did say she'd sit at bar for a drink only- one positive. The booth was clean & comfortable. However the staff / hostesses are completely clueless to awareness and customer service. We ordered our food at 707pm 735 we asked hostess for another drink. No one checked in to see if we needed anything still no food? Food arrives at 746pm - her chicken is raw along with my pink mahi. The server didn't check back till she dropped second drink at that point the food was not edible and she didn't have time to drink . I told server bring bill. She charged us for both drinks not the food!!! My friend didn't have time to drink drinks we needed to get to movie and who wants a second martini with no food?!!! They didn't even care or seemed surprised about raw chicken. I guess the owners don't take time to train staff I food handling protocols or hospitality skills No Aloha... I won't be back chubbies in Kaimuki is consistently ono.

I hate to give a bad review, but 3rd time is a strike out!!! If I could give zero stars , I would. The only reason I'd EVER come here again is for a drink (only) at the bar. The wahine bartender actually made a decent martini. After waiting an hour for our food, only part of it came out and when I cut into my chicken it was raw inside . This is the last time I will Say " I'll never eat here again!!" Cuz I've said it twice before!! It's a shame because this is one of few restaurants in Kahala mall. We weren't the only ones complaining tonight either!!

I come to this store many times. I like that you can customize it yourself. In the end, I always end up with the same burger ? It's a juicy burger with a little red color ? I'm very satisfied ♪

This place was great. I brought a large group of elderly people with walkers and a wheelchair. This of course can be stressful for any restaurant to try and accommodate, but not for Panda! She was an amazing, patient and efficient. The Counter’s food was delicious and their worker Panda made the experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you!

A hamburger shop inside Kahala Mall.Whole Foods line.The main store is located in Santa Monica, California.This place is famous for its custom burgers where you can choose your own toppings, and I always order that, but today I ordered two of the restaurant's signature menu items.① Old schoolWith classic ingredients like a good old hamburger, tomato, lettuce, patty and cheddar cheese.②The CounterThe menu is the same as the store name. Fried onions are still good! I'm riding it. It has mushrooms as an ingredient and is delicious.Another recommended side is the rare sweet potato fries. The thinly cut slightly sweet potatoes were a nice touch.

Great staff, burgers, and milkshakes! I would highly recommend and they are dog friendly. There is outdoor seating available and staff is friendly to animals. Some local beers on draft! I would recommend customizing your burger, as you can add what you want to it and you can also, customize shakes as well. Panda makes the best shakes and Max at the bar, is very easy going and gives attentive service! Ask about the Impossible and Bison burgers! Customer favs and gluten free/vegetarian options available and welcomed.

Last night I had the privilege of dining at the counter. Our server (I think her name was sammie) guided us gracefully through the menu and made the dining experience amazing. She mentioned she was training for the bar, and she poured our beers perfectly and suggested the best menu items. The burgers were undercooked a bit, but she fixed that for us promptly. Will definitely be back due to the service and food.

LOVE the food BUT wish they had better gluten free buns... The gluten free buns here almost always disintegrate on my burgers or sandwiches which is sad because their food is amazing and it makes it less enjoyable when it's completely falling apart. Other restaurants that offer GF buns have better quality that don't do this like Dukes for example. I've recommended, since they're next door to Whole Foods, they simple pick up a loaf of Canyon Bakehouse buns since they're some of the best GF bread on the market but no one has taken my suggestion and I've eaten here for 7 years. Regardless I hope they find a better solution than their current one for their loyal returning customers and newcomers with food sensitives because it's extremely disappointing and GF options have significantly improved since my original diagnosis in 2010. Brussels sprouts are elite here!!! I love the service here as well everyone always remembers me and my order, Panda is especially amazing but honestly love everyone always have a wonderful experience with the staff! Parking is convenient, excellent vibes!
