Like the 3-course menu that includes appetizer, entrée, and dessert (we always opt for spumoni). Not much in the way of vegan options except the olive tapenade and a broccoli side. They will substitute broccoli for pasta if you want, for an upcharge of about $4. Staff friendly, attentive, efficient. Paid parking and they validate to get you a discount rate. Valet parking also. Might have to use a lot about a 5 min walk down the block because the lot by the restaurant is often full.

Service was great food was not that great rotation on the tables need to rotated because the sugars on the table was rock solid and my salad was held at the wrong temp because my salad was turning brown but again our service was great

The building is cool and has alot of pretty decorations.The food tastes like it is from fazoli's. The best pasta was the clam sauce. My kid ordered the spinach ravioli, it had no flavor and was just a tasteless mush in my mouth.I arrived at 805, got seated pretty quick, but no waiter/waitress came to the table for 10 minutes, I ended up walking to the bar at 825 and waited 5 minutes before somebody came out from the back. I let them know that nobody has come to my table. At the end, I had to get up and ask for my receipt.Incredibly disappointed, and ashamed that I payed $70 for this Ruby Tuesday in disguise.

A great Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is elegant, warm and comforting. The taste of the food is as good or better than you would find in Italy. The servers were attentive and competent. To sum my visit up in one statement, Everything was spot on. I cannot think of anything that could have been done better. It was so good that I forgot to take pictures.
The Old Spaghetti Factory restaurant where we are from had to close a few years ago, so we were excited when we saw this one in Hawaii. We stopped for lunch and the food was exactly like we remembered it.
