The woman taking my order was very cool she gave off a good vibe and gave you that feeling that the food was gonna be good. And yes it was got the short rib and bbq plate and it was worth it. And that mess will fill you up.

Would not recommend. The food is bad, and all of it has this rubbery, old hot dog type texture and taste. It feels like they boil all their meat so they can just grill the outside a little and call it good. The BBQ chicken is not as pictured at all, and literally has no BBQ sauce on it. The smoked meat also tastes like spam. The best thing there was probably the short rib, just because you could actually taste rib, even though it also had a rubber texture. The service is also terrible. I got there early, and they didn't open up until 20 minutes after their listed opening time. I ordered and paid, and only after I did that did they tell me that they had no rice, and they couldn't give me any fries because they "just got there" and didn't have their fryer up and running. The cashier lady literally told the other person there to go ask the other food trucks if they had rice, and he went to go get some with a little take out box, which he was just swinging around all open and brushing up against his pants and leg. The only other side they had was mac salad, which was also bad. I went here based on all these other reviews saying it's the best "authentic hawaiian bbq", and was sorely disappointed. Do not waste your money on this overpriced questionable meat. Only time will tell if I get food poisoning.

The food was amazing. The service was incredible. Friendly, fast, delicious. The only issue is that it is a bit on the pricy side. But, we got what we paid for. We've been on the island for a week, and it is hands down the tastiest meal we have had. I had the smoked.meat/ribeye plate. Would absolutely eat here again and again.

I got the ribeye steak and my husband got the short rib. The short rib came with one rib on the bone, which was terribly undercooked and wasn't ready to release its hold on the bone just yet. The ribeye was a tad overcooked, but good otherwise. More meat than fat, very well seasoned, very good overall. I wish it had come with a veggie of some sort, but the rice was good too.

This place has decent plate lunch meals. The Mac salad is a little different with tuna fish in it. Be careful to check your meal, some of ours was great and some of ours were really burnt to a crisp. I'm not sure if that was due to who tipped what or who looked local or not. But I would say the food quality is a little uneven. This place has lots of possibility to be great if they could just get reliable quality.

The food was absolutely delicious ? this is my new favorite food truck. The sauce on the short ribs and the shrimp are phenomenal. The shrimp sauce is my new favorite. I will be back.

Delicious bbq food truck with a splash of Hawaii flavours to it. Got the trydis mix for $25 and the portion was very filling, was even enough for 2 people.
The service was off the charts and they were so much fun to deal with. We had the Lilikoi smoked meat, creamy garlic shrimp, and the rice with creamy garlic. We were absolutely amazed how good it tasted. So Delicious and plenty of food. Forget the high end restaurants down the streets eat here instead.
