This place is definitely top 3 in the area. The ice is super fine and softer than some overrated places. You can see the pride all around the store. Even with the condensed milk and ice cream, it was not too sweet. It's a little fancier for shaved ice, but everything went well together. The serving size is pretty good and addicting, so if you have a sweet tooth, you may want one just for yourself. There is usually a line out the door, but if you're lucky and come close to opening, you could be one of the first! They also have some cool merch to buy and bring home to remember them by! I definitely did! 10/1, will definitely come back!

Uncle Clay's got it all. It's a little pricier than some town shave ice but we'll worth it. Their team is pretty speedy and there's a lot of different toppings and flavors to pick from.

I saw or picture of uncle clay and wanted to come here asap!! when i came in the store there were so many staff but not one welcomed us in or offered to assist us. Once we ordered they got our shave ice out pretty quickly. The shave ice was average $10-$11. super overpriced in my opinion. The shave ice was nothing special and didn't have a lot of syrup so it was pretty flavorless. I was so excited to come here put it was super disappointed. Uncle Clay is super wholesome so you win some and you loose some.

Hold the phone! This place was AMAZING!! Service was impeccable and the shave ice was literally the best I’ve ever had by 10x. I did the coconut and passion fruit and I’ve been back now twice on our stay. All the cool decor was awesome to see the history and just feel the Pure Aloha. No fake syrups all real fruit and fruit juices. Great prices and a cool technique to make a perfect round of perfect shave ice.

Solid Desert 'tho didn't have "Grape" flavor which is my go-to staple flava for Shave Ice. It's a good place with friendly service. I'd come here again as a tourist and if I were a local I'd recommend they carry Grape flavor syrup :)

I was surprised to find it empty when we went on a Saturday at 2 pm, so service was really quick. We ordered a regular shave ice with strawberry, lilikoi and pineapple syrup, 10 mochi balls and fresh strawberries and mango. I wish they put a few more strawberries and mango on, but still it was tasty. The syrups were delicious, not artificial like other places. I appreciated they didn't douse the shave ice with syrup and it was the perfect sweetness. The mochi balls were chewy and delightful. It's a little pricey, but definitely worth paying more for quality syrups than the artificial stuff. Definitely would come back after a trip to Hanauma Bay!

This may be the best spot on all of the islands . I don't think there's a better shaved ice that has all the love amd Hawaiian vibes behind it. The spot is perfect for that 1 p.m. treat after a hike or a paddle board ride. If you're in the area come and get it.

I highly recommend the Classic Rainbow flavor, which comes in tiny, small, and regular sizes. Although the price is relatively expensive, you can try it once.

Got the uji kintoki bowl and requested no ice cream, which they accommodated nicely. Not too sweet but not bland. Would order again!
