There was zero flavoring on the wings. I ordered a set of both lemon pepper and mild. However they served us two sets of plain overcooked wings. On top of that, they had the nerve to also serve hard fries. What is going on here?! ??♀️Not only were these not what we paid for, but concessions not an apology was given. Stay away from this place.

On March 23, 2024 at 110pm i purchased lunch for me and my family take out at 30 mins i spoke to the district manager who was on site doing schedules in the dine in area and i told him that my order was already at 30 mins he did tell me for classic wings max 25 mins so i wait it out 40 mins later thats when my order was ready but throughout the whole time i didnt have any explanation on why my order was taking to long until i stood up and ask how long more my order will take. Just a fyi online purchase and dine in you will get your order faster. Prior to waiting for my order one of the workers told all the people approximately 4-5 families waiting in line at the time for order is an hour or more waiting time. So everyone in the line left the store. Smh Mahalo!

Food is gross!!! The staff obviously do drugs. I had to use the restroom and one of the workers literally took 15 mins and came out high off of some substance. I’m assuming it was meth because it smelled like chemicals. The chicken wings we ordered were gross and skinny, nothing but bone! French fries taste nothing like

The guy at the desk was really nice, I presume he was a manager or something. The flavors are pretty good, but a little too mild in my opinion. My only problem is that I got a meal deal, 20 dollars for 20 wings and each wing was about the size of a mcdonalds chicken nugget. Some of them were even smaller. The really small ones were also MOSTLY breading. Paying 1 dollar per each small smidge of food, I felt pretty cheated. Good seasoning tho

terrible service, grumpy employees, i also waited 1hr for 5 CHICKEN TENDERS!!!!! that is unacceptable and terrible efficiency, so bad i would never come back if this service isn't better!!!!!!

Wingstop never disappoints! This location is on Dillingham Boulevard which is now such a huge hassle to drive on because of all the roadwork and construction that's taking place for the rail! you have to stay in your right lane going west to be able to turn into the parking lot. And when you leave, if you're not gonna go out and turning right on Dillingham, then you will have to exit in the rear of that strip mall. However, we can't blame the business for the hassle on the streets. The staff here is extremely friendly and so willing to help & the manager is AWESOME! They are always slamming busy, so I don't fault them for that. Best thing to do is to order online and follow the instructions on when your order will be ready... If you do that, you won't really have to wait. Number one thing I love here is the garlic Parmesan boneless wings and THE BEST ranch dressing on the island! You cannot leave this place without trying their RANCH DRESSING!!!

First time here always passed by but never gone inside. Finally today i was in the area so decided to have lunch there . My wife had there 6 pieces original buffalo wings mild combo w/fries and a drink . I ordered their chicken sandwich combo also with fries and a drink .Not bad in prices the 6 pieces wing combo was $15.95 and my checkin sandwich was $12.95.I also noticed their 6 piece wing combo actually I counted about 10 pieces I'm not sure if they made a mistake or the wings were too small so they gave extra . Anyway I scored lol ! My chicken sandwich was ok I thought is was going to be regular chicken filet but it was a Buffalo style chicken sandwich which I wasn't a fan of . Their meals come with dipping sauce choice of Bleu cheese, ranch and honey mustardsI like their self serve fountain machine you can choose any Coke product and it's a two in one machine with ice maker . Procedure you order and pay at the counter then they will bring your order to the table ,Their chicken is crispy and flavorful I definitely will go back but not until the rail project is finished in that area .Support local
