Drive through order, Beef and broccoli x2 and super green. I received a lot of green and no beef. This has happened to me several times at this Panda Express. The employee suck and the management suck. Do not eat here.

Every time I come, the food is just a little overcooked, and a little bit dry. Also it seems like they are missing ingredients a lot of the time. You would be better off to go to the nearby Panda Express at Maunaloa Terrace.

They weren't open as what it says on their hours. Came by around 0945 and the place is still closed. Came here last week but employees are very friendly and would give you information that you need and would also direct you to the right location that you need to know.

Portions were substantial smaller then at other locations around the island. When ordering the staff seemed as though it was inconvenient for them to make more of an item that didn't have enough left to complete a serving. Overall poor service with an attitude. Sorry there are plenty of good Chinese food options on the island save your money and go to a location that serves quality with a smile!

Closed an hour early to “clean†I've worked in the retail/fast food industry before never was I ever allowed to close early to clean. Had to go all the way off base to get my panda fix. Very frustrating.
Food tasted fine. They charged me an extra drink and an for 2 extra entrees but didn't receive any extra even though i didn't order that. And they didn't refund me when I asked.

Personally, I love Panda. The only reasons it doesn't get a 5 star rating is that they forget the sauce on my Teriyaki chicken sometimes and they forgot an entire plate from an order once, but they more than made up for it when I called about it.

Walkind in to the food court with my family of 4 at 6:30pm on a Tuesday (2/12) night.. had checked ahead of time and saw they closed at 7pm. Went over to the Panda Express to order and the line was completely cleaned up, and food had been put away. I asked the lady working "I thought you closed at 7?" And was told "it was slow" so they cleaned up early, but I was offered the ONE plate of random left over food for $5 to feed my whole family of 4! No thank you
