I became immediately sentimental with this beautiful rendition of such a lovely song, bringing a gentle tear to my eye, as I remember thankfully, the beautiful moments, bountiful and joyful days of my life. The food truck, up the street from the hotel a few miles, Da Bald Guy had fabulous thick and spicy, super tasty salmon.We loved our food truck experience! The flavors are so much better than some shaved ice we had. The only negative thing I have to say is, they close whenever they want. We went there one day (supposed to close at 5 according to sign) around 4 and it was closed and the sign was then changed to 4. Just a little frustrating that it says one thing and can change whenever. Otherwise, people are nice and all is yummy.

Really wanted a good shaved ice. This was not it despite the high reviews I saw here. We got their best sellers, and it was just artificial sugary syrup that was too sweet. The ice itself was not powdery as I hoped. And the vanilla ice-cream tasted like hard grocery bought ice-cream. And the mini mochis tasted rubbery. Ew. Bummer because we bought 3 and spent over $20 and barely even ate any of it .
