After a delayed connecting flight, we had no time to eat before getting on our next flight to Maui. We arrived at the Lowe's parking lot where this food truck was located. Took us some time to figure out where the food truck was parked considering how big this parking lot was.I got the ribeye steak and garlic shrimp, also comes with rice and a small salad. After surviving on pretzels, I ate the whole thing. It was delish. Great portion as well. Since there were no tables to sit at, we ate on the hood of our rental car.

Ono! If you're visiting Maui, and you're looking for a place to grab a bite to eat right off of the plane, I highly recommend this little gem in the Lowe's parking lot! On our most recent trip to Maui, we didn't feel like sitting down at a restaurant after our flight from California. We found this place via Google and are so glad we sought them out! First, the customer service is top notch. We were promptly and kindly greeted. Second, the food is amazing! Everything is made to order, but a 10 minute wait is totally worth it. I got the ribeye steak and garlic ahi katsu condo plate. My husband got the ribeye and shrimp, and we shared with our daughter. The ingredients tastes fresh, and the sauce on my ahi katsu was divine. My husband and I both agreed it was some of the best food we had on our visit. Mahalo, 808 Plates for the aloha and delicious local fare! We will be back next time! ?
The food was delicious!! Great place to stop right after getting off the plane. So good that we had to go a second time. The Yummy Katsu and Furikake Katsu were so good. Can’t wait to come back!

808 Plates was one of the few places still opened past 8 pm. I’m glad we found them. I ordered the steak and fried ahi katsu combo plate and it was delicious. Portions were generous. Great service. Only one other car besides us.
