The best conscious, organic and delicious food truck on the island. They have several options for all tastes, the best smoothies on the island and a delicious focaccia. I recommend their sandwiches if you're really hungry and their sugar cane juice. All very fresh and local. We will definitely be back!!!

Truly one of my favorite places - the food is so fresh, the owners are incredibly kind. The salad is delicious, the homemade focaccia is to die for, generous portions, can’t go wrong! The chocolate chip cookie is also unbelievable! Super quick too!! Can’t say enough!
Had the chipa waffle a couple weeks ago and I flew back to Maui hoping to get it again! Sadly, I went Monday and Wednesday and they were closed both days… so sad.

If I could leave a higher rating than 5 stars, I would! The Chipa Waffle is next level. Amazing flavor, texture, and complexity. A culinary delight. This food truck has some seriously delicious food and drinks. Beetroot dream latte made from house blend of spices like ginger and black pepper was a DREAM - so well balanced - just the right amount of everything. Clean, organic high-quality ingredients. It’s all plant based and vegan, some things gluten free too! Regardless, it’s just GREAT food with great service.
