The food is good when they get it right. At least 3 times I’ve ordered the VEGAN pad Thai and it arrives with egg- even when I add additional notes to please NOT PUT egg!

I've tried all of the Thai places on Maui and none have come close to what Aloha Thai Fusion does. You can mix ingredients and try to replicate, but Aloha Thai has the secret to perfect ratios with their spices and ingredients. There is always an uncle in the back cooking and he really is a master at his craft. You can truly taste the love and pride he has for his food. My favorite dish is the drunken noodles with chicken. The dish is perfectly cooked and never oily or overly spicy or fishy like other Thai places. Each bite is flavorful and always fresh and hot with the perfect amount of chicken, veggies and noodles. The side of their amazing white rice makes it even better as it serves as a palate cleanser to re-enjoy the purposeful and rich flavors. My other must have dish is the banana rolls. They are the best ones I've had in my life. Perfectly crispy on the outside drizzled in maple syrup. I'm so sorry I don't have any pictures right now. The food is delicious and it's hard to take photos when I just want to eat!

May be the best Drunken Noodles I’ve ever had. Went with level 8 out of 10 on spice! Highly recommend!

Decent. Portions are good sized. My fish tacos were super salty. I doused them in fresh lime juice which really helped. Fried rice with shrimp good.Nothing blew me away, doubt I would return.

My first and last time eating here. The food was more expensive than Thai me up, not nearly as good and woman was rude.

Soy curls are boring. Jackfruit and mushrooms make far better mock meats. The pita with the gyro was limp , not grilled well , and lacking flavor
Huge menu, friendly service and tasty food. Ordered the Grilled Chicken Wrap, Keiki-size Cheese Quesadilla, Mozzarella Sticks and Snix Bar. Loved the wrap (huge portion) and the mozzarella sticks were good but slightly overpriced for portion. Try the amazing Snix bar if you have room!

The chicken ginger stir fry. SO ONO. The service is quick. Super chill spot, close to the hotel so super convenient.

I ordered the Asian teriyaki bowl. It was huge and so good! Had leftovers for the next day.
The vegan chicken had a great texture and the vegetables were local and fresh.
Definitely will return!
Returned for the grilled chicken GF wrap. Excellent and generous portion.
