Happy hour features a short list of drinks and mini pizzas. Good for an after-work meet up. Seating available at the bar, hightop, couches, or outside. Several drinks are served in carafe. Large drinks, small pizzas.

The staff and the consistently excellent food bring us back regularly. Almost don’t want to leave this review because Bistro’s bar and restaurant are the best-kept secret in Kahului. Mahalo for YEARS of excellent service, Kalai, Jill, Ryann, Lyric, Chanelle and the amazing kitchen staff!

The seasoning and cook is a little bit or miss. Beautiful place with a nice staff, but there just isn't that flavor that was there the very first time we went. Being back that, abs you'll bring back us! For now we're taking a break though. We'll update my rating when we do go back again.Parking: There's a row of parking in front in street side and a whole parking area in the back.Wheelchair accessibility: If you park in the back in the lot, there's a ramp.

For me, this was the best restaurant I dined at in Maui. Its excellent, in fact it was so good, I went back again during my trip. The food is delicious and the service is top notch, thank you to Jessie who made it a thoroughly enjoyable meal.

5.0 star ratingwe heard they have a new Chef John Bacay and secided to check it out. Made a reservation for 3 on Open table. got there and the Hostess greeted us with a smile and positive attutude and took us to our table. our server was named Jesse and she was very Pleasant and knowledgeable about the whole menu. Excellent service. Should also note we had a 3 year Old with us And our server was very accommodating Food Prices were very reasonable. food was well presented and timed accordingly to how fast we eat. Overall we loved the Caprese, Carbonara & Paella. Chef John is doing great things and keeping his high standards. Crème brûlée was on point and not a black dot of over burnt sugar. Highlu recommend

Chicken parm was dry and served with French fries instead of over pasta. Sauce was terrible. Tasted like it was straight out of a can with no herbs added for flavor. Everything was super salty. Initially hostess tried to seat us at a terrible table next to smelly service area. Asked and was seated at a good table by window. Place wasn’t too crowded so odd they didn’t immediately seat us at a better table. Service was nice. Food was a huge disappointment as a chick parm, eggplant parm, bread, and coke to drink came to $100 with 20% gratuity. HUGE bummer for us as we live on Maui and we’re Italian but will never go there again. You’re better off Going to IHOP.

So we went there a second time as first experience was a little rough but hey it was Valentines Day so we thought we'd give it another try. First there were no strawberries on the Upcountry Salad apparently you had run out and was not brought to my attention as I would not have order it. Second I specifically requested that the angle hair posts be substituted with HOME MADE LINGUINE noodles for two orders of CAPELLINI ALLA CHECCA with shrimp. The food was brought to our table w/o the substitutions. Then when asked about our plates were removed but left the third dish behind leaving one person eating while others watched and then that person watching us eat once error was fixed. Third it was our granddaughters birthday they acknowledged and sang happy birthday at another table but did not do so for us, though they did provide 1 complimentary desert (where as I might of comped three seeing you charged for everything else despite the screw ups). I like the food but the services still is lacking. I don't know if re I'm end this place to my friends of if I'll return as we are 0-2 with the service here.

I was incredibly disappointed that after seeing “home made gluten free pasta” listed on the menu, I was told that they had run out. At 6:30pm on a Saturday night! This basically eliminated half the menu for me. When I asked about this, the waiter said they had been out all week. Okay... please don't advertise that you serve gluten free pasta if you don't always have it in stock. Since I also have seafood allergies, that eliminated another 25% of the menu. And because I wasn't going to pay $50 for steak or chicken with potatoes and vegetables, I ended up with a chicken Caesar salad. Thankfully the crème brûlée for dessert was very good! But I was heart broken when the Italian restaurant told me that I couldn't eat pasta, even though gluten free pasta was listed on the menu.

Food was ok, they accommodated our large party with a little stress, but all-in-all dealt well with it. We had a reservation for 10, then 12, but I think only 10 ultimately came.
