if I can give this negative, I would. So first off I'm not a big fan of Burger King. Anyway I went with my roommate on the way home when I got my burger it was cold so whenever I got home I guess heat it up but I was so sick SOOO SICK. they puked all night. Do not go here.

Who wants a Large Whopper meal with a side of food poisoning? Not me and definitely not you. So if you're driving in Kahului with that special someone you love and can't decide what to eat for dinner let me do you a favor and tell you to keep driving past this sad excuse for a fast food restaurant.

For the most part, this location is pretty good. The reason I am giving it such a low review is that it seems to be stuck in the past. For whatever reason, mobile ordering is not available. In 2023. I can understand 20, 10, maybe even 5 years ago, not having mobile ordering available. But we are almost 20 years past the first iPhone, and smart devices becoming the rule as opposed to the exception. And just 1 year shy of a decade from when mobile ordering started to take off.How does a major fast food chain location NOT have mobile ordering in this day and age?

They totally messed up our order and gave us an attitude when we requested what we ordered. We couldn’t eat our food after that because it was obvious these employees have a system or code for people who complain. It was crazy obvious! The manager witnessed everything and should be fired. Just trash.Vegetarian options: N/A
Worst service in Lahaina. Employees very rude asked for a couple extra napkins. Since all the tables were not wiped off she told me to take towels she had instead of giving me napkins! Food was very cold restaurants. Not up to covid standards!!?

Clearly, we can't give negative stars. This is the most vile fast food restaurant on all of Maui. You could almost put up with the cost and the sloppy way that they prepare this food if they were actually nice people. They're incredibly rude. I'm never going here again. The owner clearly doesn't give a crap.

Had to wait 30 mins for walk through only to hear that cars have priority and we have to wait another 20-30 mins

$30 for 2 burgers, 1 order of chicken fries, and a soda, how can this be real?!?! Over $5 for a soda?!?!?! Soda tasted awful, but we were already on our way home. Grr.
