I hate to take down a locally owned establishment, but this place has nothing to offer. The menu photographed & posted is five years old. Vitually nothing on that menu is on offer. Bring back that menu, ANY menu, or close.

After United Airlines cancelled our scheduled flight home nine hours after scheduled departure we were left to our own devices to locate lodging and transportation for the night since the Maui airport essentially closes down at 11 pm and the flight cancellation occurred at 10 pm. Fortunately, my wife was able to get the last two available rooms at the Marriott Courtyard near the airport and we got one of the last two cabs at the airport to transport us. The desk personnel were extremely friendly and understanding. The rooms were large, clean and well laid out. One room complaint though- the toilets are set on very short pedestals so it is painful for older, tall people to sit on the toilet seat. There is a small snack and beverage shop adjacent to the front desk and there is a bar area (closes at 10:30 to 11 pm) which also serves as a breakfast area in the am opposite the front desk. During the day they do have a free shuttle to and from the airport. There is a pool and nice grounds though due to our circumstances we were not around to use them. Room prices are high ($580 plus per room after taxes and fees). Not sure whether that is normal price or due to our circumstances (either way we were happy to have rooms to sleep in).

Great location that’s central to many of the destinations (Hana, Lahaina, Whalers Village, Haleakala). Right beside food trucks so lots of dining options as well as their own restaurant / lobby cafe has a Starbucks and full dining menu. Laundry and Dryer available as well.

If I could give a 0 star that would be the truth! I was purchasing one of their overpriced Gatorades so I could ask them to fill my thermos with hot water so I could warm my baby bottle. Before I had even been able to say hello to the person “working” at the till, she rudely just says put your purchase on the stand which is an automated check out. I then asked her if she could fill my thermos and she said no for sanitary reasons which was no problem. I then asked if I could get just a paper cup of hot water and she said no…then said well actually sure but it will be $3.75. Are you kidding me?! I said but it’s just water can I pay for the cup, she came back snappy. I can imagine she has never been stuck in this position as she was the rudest person. Won’t ever go back although I used to get my food there every time I was in that airport. Bad customer service!

From the check in process ( many thanks Jason) to the housekeeping staff and the Bistro staff, this hotel was a wonderful find for our family to overnight before returning home. The pool was a wonderful for the kids. Many thanks to all who made us so welcome and comfortable bb

The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing! They were super nice and friendly. They were also very helpful and gave us some nice tips for things we can do in the area. The pool and the hot tub were also super nice. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

The shuttle driver whose name was Laura was the best person I met in my stay in Maui! She was considerate, articulate, and a great pleasure to spend time with! She was so helpful and I had a great conversation with her!

Money grabbing bas**rds at this hotel. Loyal Marriott customer. had to cancel due to covid. Asked for some leeway based on this issue (36 hour cancellation vs their 72 hr requirement) and they didn't care. I'm out $500 but they are out a couple thousand at least on our rescheduled trip to Maui in a couple of months, since there is no way I'll stay in this place. Not only that, I'm staying anywhere but Marriott from here on. Thanks for nothing Marriott and the Maui Kahului location in particular. I'm sure Hilton and the rest will enjoy my future business.

Room was very well-appointed for a close-to-airport facility. I was greeted immediately upon arrival (around 10:40pm) and quickly assigned my room. King bed was comfortable, shower was nice and large, and everything worked. I got a great night's rest.

Best Courtyard room I have stayed in, a king suite. Friendly, attentive front desk and restaurant staff. After a long flight, it was nice to be able to have dinner and not need to leave the hotel. Several food trucks were also in walking distance. Received Titanium upgrade. Fully staffed housekeeping.

Horrible experience. The restaurant was half empty but it took them an hour to get food - there was no sequence in which orders were taken or delivered. I am a titanium member of no bonvoy and this is the worst example of food delay I have experienced

A very nice Courtyard hotel that's able to charge top-tier prices due to its proximity to OGG airport for single-night stay travelers, and the lack of any nearby competition. In a normal airport hotel environment with competition, there's no way this Courtyard would be able to charge rates above what you'd pay for beachfront lodging elsewhere on Maui. A well-kept hotel with an attractive and efficient lobby, nice pool area, and locked doors at all entrances, due presumably to a high homeless population roaming the area. A Costco is across the street, and the hotel is immediately flanked by two separate food truck dining areas, so plenty of eating options within just a few steps. Noisier on the busy street side, between the hotel and Costco. One pet peeve, as shown in the photo...now that even expensive, $1, 500 rack rate hotels like this Courtyard have figured out they can increase their profits (and pretend to support the environment) by offering guests only bulk dispenser shower items, instead of individual bottles, everyone is glomming onto this trend. But is it asking too much for these profit-chasing hotels to say, think of their guests first, and offer their obligatory bulk shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in clearly marked and/or color-differentiated containers, as opposed to the lookalike bottles shown in the accompanying photo?? Good luck trying to quickly ID the bottle with shampoo, or shower gel, etc., while you're scrambling to get ready to be able to check out and make your 8AM out of OGG.

Rachel was friendly and efficient at check in. A very pleasant stay for two weary travelers. Clean, comfy and convenient! Loved the spa like shower and luxury bedding. The Bistro in the lobby was welcome since the weather had turned cold and rainy. Would definitely stay again.

Had a 1-night business stay with a work colleague. The room was comfortable and best of all quiet. The room was spacious and was upgraded into a larger room. The extra space had a sofa, work area and extra counter space plus a mini refrigerator if needed.

We stayed for a one night to have a cushion before our 3 week stay at the Westin Kannapali Villas North. Our room was clean, a upgrade with a kitchenette and seating area and bedroom. We did not use to pool or fitness room but they looked just fine. The staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and had great customer service skills.
