A smaller lounge with limited beverage selection but overall a good spot to get away from the crowd. However, the check-in people we encountered on 4/3/24 made displaying their displeasure with the job and people in general their top priority. Additionally, the complete lack of knowledge of which pass/CC granted access was stunning. I do have to give kudos to their 100% batting rate on pointing out the sign that instructed customers to wait outside though.Seriously HA / OGG, there are kiosks at fast food places that would function better and take up less space than these two.

Very small place, almost always full. Few options for drinks and snacks, no food. Previously there was a very unpleasant receptionist, but the last few times they were friendlier people.

Very rude staff. And I’m the friendliest and calmest person so it was really unnecessary for them to talk to me this way, especially with a kiddo in tow.

If your a priority pass member your not a priority you are a minority here. Michele is very hard person to talk to she kept trying to call the chief on me. Only she could speak to tell you about her rules and how they like her working there cause she in forces the rules. All I wanted was a drink wasn't staying there but for 2 minutes so my husband who is preboard could take his medicine. She refused to let us in unless we were two hours before our flight. It wasn't even crowded. There was plenty of space I only needed a drink and didn't need to hang out. It's not my fault my flight got delayed. I came back to check in she took my tickets and kept them for about 3 or 4 minutes then she took my phone and that took another 3 to 4 minutes she said your pass is no good. The expiration was 2026 it says it right there. In the mean time another priority pass flashes his app and he asked if he should wait for his fried who was coming. She didn't look at his boarding pass or phone. She said go ahead have a seat. I'm like hmm. Then I log into the app as she calls her co worker. I hand her my phone again and she keys in the info and she said that worked. Then she was ok to talk to cause her co worker was there so decided to play nice. I'm home now and never went to sleep cause she pissed me off so bad. I'm ready to cut ties with Hawaiian airlines.

I travel the world all the time and I must say, this is the most disappointing lounge experience I've ever had. Basically a room to sit in chairs and drink burnt coffee. The world premier has lost its meaning with this sad, and depressing "club" lounge. I'll give it two stars because I pity the poor people forced to actually staff this monstrosity. What's interesting is that they're likely charging Amex and Priority Pass as though they actually provide a service. Save yourself, avoid this place and grab a snack at Starbucks instead.

No "amenities" to speak of. Coffee in paper cups, no "real" cream or milk. The only snacks was a plastic container or some sort of dry, stale chip-like snack. Nothing else to eat. Water and soft drinks. The "greeter" didn't Greet. We waited outside the door (because that's what the sign on the door asked). And we waited, and we waited. The person at the Desk never once looked up (she was on a cell-phone device--not sure if business or personal). We finally opened the door. She didn't say Hi or Welcome. She just asked to see proof "that we should be there". Then she said "We're pretty full". We looked around and counted 7 open seats. When I pointed this out, she said Go ahead and look. We did get two nice, upholstered round seats together. But, when we saw there was nothing of substance (except USB ports and Wifi--which they have at the Gates)...icky coffee, not fresh. We promptly left. Went next door to Starbucks. When into Sammy's for a very well-made Bloody Mary (great service too). This was my sister-in-law's first experience with 1st Class and a 1st Class Lounge. I have traveled around the world (well equator, to be more specific), and this is absolutely the worst, lowest rated I have experienced. Hawaiian Airlines: Do Better!

Checked out this PP lounge on my way back from Maui. I tried to be optimistic since this is a free option, but I would have to agree with the prior reviews. Quite a small space and staff at front desk not the most friendly. I was sternly warned- no hot food, no alcohol, and restrooms in the lounge. Geez- it was almost as if they were trying to discourage ppl from entering. In anycase, trying to stay positive, it's a nice option to rest up before your flight- although it was quite crowded despite the slim offerings. There are soda dispensers and the one positive aspect was hot coffee- and vanilla flavor at that! Luckily we brought our own food and didn't have much time before our flight boards. Hope all this feedback may help improve the lounge experience and amenities for future guests.

If you are used to luxury, you will not fine that here, but you will find a clean, spacious lounge to wait in before boarding a flight to another island outside of Maui or back to the mainland. Capital One Venture/Venture X card members have access to Priority Pass lounges, and this lounge is part of the Priority Pass network. Not much as far as food (when I sat in, I saw chips in a bucket by the coffee machine, lol), but there was plenty of room to relax on couch/sofa chairs or get some work done at barstool type seating. There were also plenty of outlets too! The woman in charge of check-in was super sweet but she also made sure to show her authority. Some people tried to "sneak in", and she made sure she had those individuals show them their boarding pass and "ticket in". Every airport is going to differ in regards to the lounges they have and the quality, but as far as meeting the basic needs, this lounge was just fine!

It not the main airport. You can get soft drinks and water. That describes it. Airplane snacks for food.

The lounge was air conditioned, provided snack bags, and soft drinks. That’s about it. Slow attendant at the front desk. A good place to chill before a flight, but definitely not going to replace a full meal.

I agree with the other one-star reviews. This place does not offer much more than a lousy attitude from the receptionist.

Also quoted 45 minutes for priority pass. Seems like they don't really take priority pass by the sound of many reviews. Time to get a real priority pass lounge.

A small lounge in Maui Airport with very limited menue, only water, coffee, tea, and soft drinks with some snack. Sometimes it is pretty crowded. The lounge seems uninviting to departing visitors. If the goal is to appeal visitors to come back with warm Aloha receptions from the Islands, the lounge terribly fails it.
