Today January 11, 2024 I went to to buy 3 honeydew, 2 was milk tea n 1 was smoothie it was great but the balls were hard as a rock usually wen I oder the toppings are soft, idk u guys never cook em goood, probably rushed it, spent $20+ js to get the toppings hard like a rock ??♂️ do better next time!!!!!!

I’ve never had such watery tea in my life. Devoid of flavor except for the boba. Both mine and my partner’s teas were watery and lacked flavor.

Got a taro coconut milk tea. It was definitely on the sweeter side but I don't mind it sweet. It's definitely a dessert for me. They were fast. And the boba is so fresh and squishy.

I love myself some boba. Stopped by the Queen Kaahumanu shopping ctr food court to get some and it didn't disappoint. They make their boba pearls fresh daily and the flavors of the smoothies were legit true to their fruit sources. Passion fruit was sweet and tart and the honeydew smoothie was just the right amount of sweetness. Solid boba experience, I would definitely stop by again.
I found it very expensive for the performance.Not a fan of tapioca and would have liked fruit bubbles

try to find bubble tea shop in maui. it is located in the food court. will say do not expect for service. the person cannot even be patient and ask nicely, she can only say: anything else??? not even ask level of sugar and ice, just anything else??? when we get the drink, the passion fruit smoothie is sour though we do not ask to reduce the level of sweetness. the lychee tea is just like a regular sweet tea, very sweet though asked 50 percent. the peach green tea is just so so...

Ordered the Thai tea, jasmine peach tea, and jasmine tea. It was one of the worst drinks I have ever had. The drinks tasted water down. Basically ordered $28 dollars worth of flavored water. Not worth it. Don't waste your money on watered down drinks here.

I was craving a milk tea. Last one I had as on Oahu at Hana tea (yumm). I went to Made in Hope but they were closed. Bale doesn't have very good boba either (can tell it's instant kine). So, I came here. The staff was nice enough. Got my drink fast. But for $5.xx, it's a waste of my limited liquid intake: Watery, not creamy, devoid of sufficient flavor milk tea. I'm sad.
